Where can I get those pants?

Inspiring.

I just realized that I only have one pair of shorts...and I live in Florida.

Help a brother out?

Outlier has, IMO, great shorts, trunks and cargo shorts. The style is just the opposite of flamboyant, and that's one of the main reasons why I think they are great.

The fabric used is very dust/fur repellent and when it gets wet, it dries out very quickly. Also it feels soft, which is always nice.

Overall, the quality is really great, and the only downside to some people would be the price (not for me, mainly because, as I said, I think the quality is top notch).

Damn, those are really nice, but $135 for swim trunks? Sheeeeit.

Got back from the mall after spending $150 on a bunch of stuff. Black pants and Khakis from The Gap (thanks for the tip). Some non-cargo khaki shorts, a belt, two polos, and a pair of jeans. Woo.

Express shirts are fine, but please don't get their horrible tees or polos that have logos the size of a basketball plastered on it.

Ridiculous.

God, I don't think I've ever seen a bad Gosling photo. Total man crush.

So true. Nothing says douche like a small sized polo with a large emblem on the chest.

For what it's worth, my experience with Express has been pretty mediocre. They do a good job with a lot of their fits, but their clothing seems to lose its quality pretty quick. I tend to avoid their stuff nowadays but I'll stop in every once and awhile.

I walked into that Aeropostle? store since they had someone handing out fliers for their sale. Entire store was T Shirts like that. I walked out within 15 seconds. I can deal with patterns, but so many of those polo shirts were tacky as fuck.

Ended up going with one slim fit dress shirt + one standard button down shirt from Express.

Anyways, I still need to pick up a 2-3 T Shirts, nicer ones. Anyone know any good sales for cheaper? Heh.

for t-shirts i just go to target and buy mossimo or merino plain colored Ts. Cheap as hell and the quality is fine

Dont really see the point in buying an expensive/super quality t-shirt since I think plain colored ones look the best anyways

Real talk, my favorite tees right now are my Kirkland Signature (Costco) 5 for $15 or whatever pack. They're just blanks but they get the job done.

Since I was never able to find the gold/mustard Levi's I wanted, bright yellow chinos are my next target... and of course, they're harder to find than something this awesome should be. :\

H&M had something similar a while back, but they don't have pants in my size (really really small) and the skinniest chinos Asos sells are still too loose on the leg for my tastes. Blah.

Anybody do bracelets here?
I want something to wear on my other wrist and am looking for ideas.....

I do occasionally, but probably not the kind of things you're looking for. My bracelets are usually more ornate metal ones (this is a favorite) and not like the generic beads or leather straps that guys are often relegated to.

Was tempted to buy this ridiculous condom bag yesterday after finding it at a garage sale. $40 though! No thanks at that price.

I'm surprised, I see yellow pants in stores often around here.

Well, I mean it's not that I literally cannot find any, just that the ones I do find aren't even close to my size. Apparently if you want something cool, you have to be +6' tall.

Technically, I could have them heavily tailored but it'd be cheaper to have an entire pair of pants made, heh.

Haha I'm in that category and things fit me terribly.

Thanks for that!
It's the generic straps and beads I'm trying to stay far away from, but there doesn't actually seem to be all that much out there beyond them :(

I'm actually after something black and metal which would be something along the lines of this Hermes cuff:

But slightly more restrained and made purely from metal.
I know one has to be out there somewhere :)

Spend some time flipping through the offerings on Etsy, Jo. There's a lot of the stuff you're looking to stay away from, but there are plenty of very interesting and unique pieces of men's (and unisex) jewelry.

Hey y'all I need some shoe advice. I've had my current pair for about a year and it's finally starting to break down (holes in the sole, the hard rock-like material in the lining's coming out) so I'm wondering if anyone can recommend me some cool casual shoes for around $50 (more or less). What are you guys wearing right now? What's in right now? And what are some solid shoes that will give me some decent mileage and fit with darker clothing?

Vans.

Not what I wear, but I don't think that there are a lot of alternatives at that pricepoint.

I'd love to find a more affordable spin on Ferragamo's short sleeve cardigan. An entire month's rent for one sweater is... a bit out of my range.

Might want to check out some Chuck Taylors too. If you get an insole they're really comfy.

Got the taupe suede for $50 exact and they're great for the price. Works really well with dark jeans. Everyone needs at least one pair of brown bucks or chukkas.
