Pretty much this. And I have hardly touched my 3DS since beating New Mario 2, which was some months ago. Before THAT it was KI, which I touched very little due to the weird controls. Like I said in another thread, quite possibly the worst second year for a system line-up ever.

No Layton or Paper Mario?

Holy shit Nintendo, you found a virtual console game! You knew it was around here somewhere.

"Let me remind you of all the games coming in the remainder of 2012...."

".... shit."

Before knowing launch line-up for Wii U, I was thinking if Pikmin 3 would be enough(as a start) to buy a Wii U. Now we find out it´s not even coming out until Q2... Fine by me, not buying a Wii U until at least Q2 it is. I might just as well wait to see what E3 has to offer. If Nintendo doesn´t offer more compelling(so called killer app) software this year, I´ll just check what the competition has to offer.

I will buy a Wii U someday to play my favourite franchises(bought all previous Nintendo consoles), but when that will happen is up to Nintendo. Your move Nintendo!

Is Wario Land 3 better than 4? Got the latter free as an Ambassador, and it didn't exactly grab me.

OH MY GOD NINTENDO. You actually named a month! You didn't use Q! Still, that's basically another title we're not getting until Q2. Nintendo need to hire more/better translators :\

Damn, March for Castlevania & Luigi, and Animal Crossing somewhere beyond that? I already have barely touched the thing since Kid Icarus :/ I doubt I'm ever buying a dedicated gaming handheld device again haha

Why would you want Google maps on a device that A. can't print and B. can't be taken out of the house?

I need my Animal Crossing date, it's just sloppy of them to not commit at this point.

edit. What does this mean for the Wonderful 101?

I like the NOE head guy better than Reggie because he specifically pointed out the DLC for Fire Emblem, even though he still didn't say if it was all coming or not. Arghh!

No Layton or Paper Mario?

I totally forgot about those two. While I enjoyed the first two Layton games I quickly got burned out on the concept. I think I bought the third but I can't even remember. Paper Mario I may pick up but let's be honest- how many more 3DS games can we get with Mario in the title? The system just needs more diversity. So this year it was Mario Tennis, New Mario 2 and Paper Mario as three of the most significant releases.

3 is my favourite Wario platformer, but that might be nostalgia talking. I definitely think it's better than Wario Land 4.

It's amazing how disgruntled people become over release dates. From what I seen there is a lot of great stuff to look forward to and it'll be with us within a reasonable time.

That was a pretty poor ND as far as the Wii U is concerned.

I still have more than one game a month to buy between now and March, so it's not that bad, but I was hoping Nintendo would be providing more of those experiences. Surprisingly it's third party stuff that's dominating my early release schedule with the U.
