I will be visiting my sister for 1 or 2 weeks in a couple of days, so I thought I post a bit before that.

In this episode, the newbie Azusa learns the magic of chemistry when performing in a band. She's frustrated that the band spends so much time goofing off, which I frankly don't blame her for. She's a pretty fucking good guitarist (liked the drawing of Plant and Page together when she was playing for them. Wonder how much of the intended audience got that), and she fucking wants to play music, not have tea parties and picnics and play dress-up all the damn time. And she's more advanced than all of them. Yet, she is still impressed when they play together. Why? Chemistry, bitches.
It'll be interesting to see how she fits in going forward given that she seems so turned off by all the goofing off the club does. Will she lighten up, or will the club get serious? Let us (me) find out!

Sentai is now teasing "We still have some things to share with you all. Unfortunately it will have to wait until tomorrow, but you should look forward to it." One of those things has a real good chance of being a Sasami-san license to match a simulcast announcement from TAN, but can't say for 100% certain.
She's one of my favorites. From what we've seen so far fighting wise, she's the Chun-li of Senran Kagura, doing nothing but kicks. Loooove it.

. Very solid episode.
Liked it lots. Not much to add beyond what people have already said.
That felt a lot longer than it actually was solely because of the amount of raw emotion going on. It's also a very stressful show in parts;

... yep. Exactly as scripted. I know it's cliche, but it does happen when you push yourself too hard. Always seems to happen on the day you just can't afford to collapse on. In the real world it's because of the amount of stress that comes with the deadline/scheduled event etc. that eventually overtakes you and forces you to succumb to the exhaustion of the body. In anime, it's for plot convenience. ;P

They look normal speed to me.
Not to sound like a dick, but you do use Tumblr for gifs which isn't exactly the home for perfect gifs.
Besides those look perfectly fine to me.
So each frame was 0.12 seconds in length? That's pretty normal.

From what I've seen (admittedly not a lot and I don't pay too much attention to these things), CG in anime is usually 24fps, or animated on ones. Maybe that's what he means?

I believe it cuts down on the file size of the gifs, since there's less colors and such. Just to get around what I also believe a file size limit on gifs like imgur's.

As with real life, I thought she looked a lot better without makeup. I'm of the opinion that girls should only wear make-up in special occasions, but it's understandable considering her line of work.
Probably helps reduce the colour count to make sizes smaller I guess.
Ah. I never thought of that. That's pretty witty, and if I didn't mind color filters I would think it's a pretty good idea.
