Yeah, I mean ... they dedicated so much time with Witcher Series OT's but with Cyberpunk, no ? Is written clearly as day, that what they did now is just trying to promote their game through their teaser in order to hire, gather more people for their team. The game is at the basic levels of concept. This is not necessary to show something at this moment.
I'm okay from what they give and if they are going to show more, with will be like first Bioshock/Dishonored moments for me.
Yeah. Just does not make sense. This is not some complex western classical piece that is too hard to comprehend. Of all the awesome cyberpunk themes they could have used they used this song? Anyways apart from that this teaser was pretty good.
What I fear now is that by far the most interesting of the characters here - the cybered-up chick - is just eye candy for the trailer and in the actual game we are going to get some generic 30 something brown-haired male.
I want at least one of the playable characters to be this woman.
i would like her to be a romance option. i mean if there's another one around.

My guess is that:
- its a new IP so at bare minimum some number of people get exposed to it now and can get hyped
- they're recruiting developers as much as anything it seems, so it might help raise awareness with devs looking for work
I usually don't like CG trailers, but in this case where the game is so early, I don't mind as long as the final product has some resemblence to the CG they just showed. My annoyance with CG trailers is more with games like The Old Republic where they show the fancy CG trailers relatively close to launch as a primary marketing tool when the actual game's visuals look very little like what the trailer is portraying.
I'm wondering if maybe the Player Character ends up joining Psycho Squad? So you create your own character and end up in Psycho Squad with the Cyber Lady from this trailer and the Judge Dredd looking Cop Guy from the trailer as squadmates or important NPCs maybe?
Or Psycho Squad and these characters end up as NPCs in the game or part of the story somehow.

Maybe those cops shooting at her are just regular cops oblivious to the fact that Judge Dredd Looking Cop Guy from Psycho Squad is trying to subdue her.
Trailer seems to suggest we will be controlling her.
But to satisfy everyone a create your character like Mass effect would probably be better although if they choose one character they can define her character a bit more.

It says right in the trailer description "the psycho might be taken down by regular police but they can't always get the job done"

Even though it's just a teaser, I'm totally digging this. It's been too long since we've had a full-on cyberpunk RPG. It makes me remember playing Shadowrun on the SNES. (No, I'm really not counting Deus Ex).

I'm curious to see how they'll push the 'romance' stuff more than the Witcher 2.
I wish they would have went with an original piece. The Deus Ex Human Revloution CG trailer was awesome becuase of that main theme.

I don't really care where it comes from, and that's not really an excuse for looking like How to Draw Cyberpunk ages 14+ with no real style or flair.
Like, it looks like if the engine came with a default "Cyberpunk" template and they just used that without adding to it.
