Why did people think it was fake in the first place, was there a solid reason? I'm not so convinced that it's fake simply because of the two arguements I've seen pulled up...for one, we haven't seen any character art yet for the game, and given that the in-game characters are done in a different style, I think it's possible the official art may change to reflect that. And considering how good the Japanese was on the scan according to you, it seems very odd they'd make such an obvious mistake like calling Yveltal the "X-Axis" Pokemon...I could kind of see GameFreak pulling off something like that.
But, eh, I'm not too concerned. There was nothing awesome on the scan, and I don't want a new Dragon Legendary.

I'd also be happy if they show Genesect's "Ancient Form", which I still think will pop up in Gen VI.
EDIT: Yeah, I doubt it will be Starter Evolutions...although this is the first time the Starters and Box Legendaries were revealed first, so who knows. I remember, for Diamond and Pearl, the Starters weren't revealed for quite awhile...we saw Electivire, Roserade, Dialga, Palkia, and a few others before Turtwig and co. popped up.

I think CoroCoro had done that before--that is, showing one silhouette, but revealing more in the magazine. Zoroark's reveal, for example. They showed Zorua as well. At least that's how I remember it.
