I didn't mind the guy; I used to listen to his podcast but I admit he is pretty vanilla. Right now, though, to be fair, they have him in full PR lockdown mode.

I can't blame the guy for sticking to script, though, really. About 6 months to a year ago MS gutted their social teams including their Indie manager, the guys that did most of their video content for Xbox Live, etc. Major Nelson was almost all that was left. Guy wants to keep his job.
