I honestly know not much about this game, beyond who's doing the music and the early gameplay demo they showed. Have not read any review, but immediately preordered it today at amazon after the scores showed up. (I was getting it anyway though, Uncharted 2 and 3 were incredible.)

They looked like they were one shot in the e3 2012 demo. Infected in the GoW demo were 2 shots it seemed. First shot kinda blows some of the fungus off of the Clickers.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I think all at the studio deserve every bit of praise (and criticism) for working their asses off to make this game and to make it the way they/we all wanted it to turn out. I love TLOU, but then I am a key example of teh bias.
That being said, let's care less about score and start discussing what people have said, on either end of the spectrum. I'm more interested in that, now that I'm posting!

To be fair, it is an easy way to market it a ton right around launch. Most gamers aren't paying much attention to E3 anyway beyond reading some news stories, so not like most will be too busy following the news to play the game.

I love sony as much as anyone, but the amount of shit people give towards Bioshock Infinite is ridiculous on this site. It's as if they have some sort of hidden agenda. Infinite is a spectacular game, one of the generations finest, and if you have the chance purchase both titles.
(especially when no one has even played the last of us yet)
I love GTA 4, it's one of my favorite games of the gen. (Lower side of top 10)
But with a 98 on Metacritic? Ya... Overrated as fuck.

Not complaining, it looks good. But high saturated games tend to have horrible looking dark areas. As in, I cant see shit dark.
Siren Blood Curse, for example, suffers from this visually.

That's a pretty good summary of modern gaming in general.
Arkham City, and GTA IV are rated WAAAYYYYY to highly on that list.
Especially when Arkham Asylum, and GTA San Andreas were much more superior games (yet have lower scores)
That's only counting PS3 though.
I can't find a way to add 360 + PS3. Only one or the other.

I was thinking of downloading it on PSN- I have about $ 40 worth of credit so that's cool. I've never preordered a game on PSN before- how does it work? Does it pre-download and then unlock on release day like Steam, or do you have to download the whole thing when it gets released?
