Hi there,
I had the same problem when switching from an iPhone4 to my S3: you have to go on your Apple ID profile on the web and remove the iPhone from your registered devices. This disables iMessages for good.

Thanks for the feedback, I did do that, and I'm still having the issue. My brother and wife both have iPhones and when they try and send me messages it still is trying to send via iMessage.
Removed my contact and re-added it, still having an issue. It's very frustrating...

Just found the box out and it has a serial code on it so I've sent Nintendo an email asking if its possible to it transferred.
I expect a firm "No" but theres no harm in asking.

After many years away from it, I felt the pull to get back into music production again, and finally gave in. Dug my keyboard up from the basement and ordered up some new toys...
Native Instruments Maschine MK2:
Native Instruments Komplete 9 for a little (!) softsynth goodness, along with a stand for the aforementioned Maschine:
Roland UM-ONE mk2 MIDI interface, an additional Samsung 840 Pro 256GB SSD to hold all the above software, and a tabletop sheet music stand:
Now all I need is a proper DAW... time to try out some demos!
And last, but certainly not least, my Saints Row IV preorder:
