NPD Sales Results for June 2013 [Up2: 360/3DS Hardware, AC/LM/DK Digital + Retail]

So Wii U average weekly sales are up slightly from May (1.8%), considering the five-week month.

Still thought Wii U would have managed better than that, when you think of the E3 announcements.

Esp with some games like Just Dance and Skylanders, I'd imagine sell well still on it (well enough that is). Heck, the Wii has two bundles for both games. Anyways, that's my guess on why it would be bad to get rid of it.

I bought ACNL and Wario digitally so that means if ACNL was 20% digital then it carries that so was Wario so that means Wario actually sold 15,000 copies not 12,000 copies and Dammit we are all joking about heat waves but do you know how hot it is this last week? Sure, last week was July and not June but smart consumers would anticipate such things abs save their money for Ice cubes and York peppermint patties to stay cool.

This is a huge increase for the series too, how much did the last Game & Watch sell? Not 15K I'm sure

Western titles? You aren't going to to get much better than an exclusive COD or Ass Creed (despite quality) the Vita will have some sort of holiday bump no doubt...but the little guy is dead in the west. That's not changing.

so including digital sales Last of Us could have surpassed god of war 3's 1.1 million first month sales right becoming the best debut for a ps3 exclusive? last of us was day 1 digital unlike god of war and the game was sold out at a lot of location thereby possibly increasing digital sales so it is is possible in my opinion and well deserved too. come on sony put out pr for last of us.

Got to echo the sentiment above, Naughty Dog has earned almost complete autonomy. If they want to put a masturbating orangutans on the cover of their next game, stfu and get out of the way. Oh, and of you include the 750k from State of Decay, zombie games are DOMINATING everyone's shit right now.

3DS has a chance to be the number one hardware of 2013 in North America if the PS3 and 360 don't price drop.

Minecraft being the number one retail 360 game is kind of a strange moment for the the box that Halo built.

I think with digital sales it's more like 1.8 million this month in the US.

Yeah but 3DS XL have an occasional sale. Like sometimes it drops around $160-$180.

I was talking about Killzone Mercenary and Tearaway. They should grab some decent numbers.
