Links to the videos can be found in the article on the left site hosted on Mega with torrent mirrors.

In order to give you a preview of what you're downloading, we've supplied performance analysis of the gameplay video, proving that Turn 10 has done it again in providing a faultless 60fps experience. We're currently working on a more detailed critical appraisal of the technology in the new Forza, which we hope to run in the next couple of days.

Nice to see they completely nailed locked 1080p/60fps. When I get an Xbox One, I'll pick this up right along with it.

That video confirms that the game has had a pretty significant downgrade since the main gameplay reveal. In terms of overall lighting, textures, geometry, AO etc. But on the positive side, at least it holds a constant 60fps.

Watched the video. Definitely looks good but the motion blur and the lack of AF are a bummer. (and the trees)

Here's a better link.

Forza 5 E3 Prague Direct Feed gameplay

I made a post about it earlier. Didn't notice before, but they may have removed some motion blur too.

Obviously it's not conclusive given the extreme compression and video sizes (near final version being 1080p footage, the original E3 footage being 720p), and different views (cockpit vs outside) etc, but to me at least it looks like there may have been a few downgrades in areas. I like that they've toned down bloom in certain segments, and that they've added glass to certain windows etc, but overall IQ, cleanliness, lighting and in areas, AO and texture/geometry detail just seems to have taken a dive.

Original reveal top, newer build bottom.

The game looks great and performance is flawless. Well done Turn 10. An example to be followed.

Edit: just read their review, surprised to see a 7.

Looks and sounds good but microtransactions have deflated any hype I might've had for this or GT. It wouldn't kill Turn 10 to put in some night time and rainy races too...

Replay camera footage, that's why motion blur was there (possibly, some additional AA too)

Still downloading the video

To be fair, while some of the track side objects show signs of a visual downgrade compared to earlier builds of the game, they did a few upgrades elsewhere. Like buildings with added awnings for instance, and some of them even replaced with higher detailed models in certain areas of Prague.

Disappointed that reflections and mirrors are still only updated at half rate, though. Reflections especially look a bit weird as a result.

nib95, all I can see is compression artifacts.

Why don't you all download high-quality footage before jumping to conclusions?

Besides, it replay vs gameplay.

lighting looks a lot more natural, although that's not necessarily an upgrade, rather a design choice.
A lot of those 3d buildings you'd see from the top of the hill in the distance are gone, as is the fog.

Overall, very pleased with the way the game looks and runs. AF also looks a lot better than it did in YT videos.

DAT 3D CROWD, though.

wait...

i thought i saw..

isn't that...

Replay footage. It's also running at 30FPS so they might be able to add some stuff there.

Wrong, because there's direct feed footage of Jimmy Fallon playing that exact build.
