Sazae-san - Episodes 7,059 + 7,060 + 7,071
So I manged to catch the latest episodes of this today and they were pretty good! Episode 7,059 had Katsuo get some new shoes. 7,060 had a cow escape a farm and onto a busy road and almost getting run over which then got reported on the local news, the cow got saved and was returned to the farm. 7,071 had Sazae making weird faces in front of a mirror.

My only question about this is:
why did Orpheus include Gammon and not, say, Melancholy? Yeah, he's probably the best bet, but he never wore an Orpheus ring so he's not even relatively close to being a Phi Brain. And we even got confirmation Melancholy saw the vision too. It's just... odd.

Utena is largely about exploring and developing a set cast of characters as it touches on specific themes. That they are rotating through the same ones is entirely the point, as they are each installments of their respective character arcs.
Now, what you have not done is make the entirely legitimate complaint that they are reusing fight choreography from the first arc.

Well with Saionji and Mika, there isn't anything new being said. The show retreaded ground already covered. The Juri segment(I'm on ep 29) has been much better than either of their episodes because at least it's doing something different.
The fighting in the show is shit, so I really don't care that much about the choreography. Honestly, the fights are easily the worst aspect of the series.

My guess is that orpehus is trying to force gyamon to act in some way by using jealousy.
Melancholy is clearly more suitable but i'm not sure she could be manipulated based on her feeligns.
Maybe orpheus doesn't want to possess a loli body ?
Or maybe he isn't aware of melancholy because he hasn't met her ?( i doubt that )

Honestly, as much as I can figure,
all the Phi Brain children who wore the rings before were all connected in that instance. I doubt Orpheus didn't learn of Melancholy's existence. But here's the thing: Gammon is unnaturally clever. Think back in that 2 vs. 2 match when Kaito was having issues with Freecell in season 2. Gammon was playing against 2 ring-enhanced opponents and held his own fairly well. He complimented Kaito's abilities even better when they actually played for real.
Hell, even in this season, Gammon was the first one to figure out what Kaito was trying to do in that Connection Cube puzzle when Melancholy got them in that mess. Perhaps Orpheus just sees Gammon's potential as superior to Melancholy's.

Danball Senki Wars 1-4
So, I picked this series up on a whim. What happened was, while looking for new model kits on HLJ, I came across a model kit set that came with three robots, and one of them was, like, a velociraptor thing.
So, my curiosity piqued, I looked up the series, and saw how similar it was to Gundam Build Fighters in terms of in-world stuff, like virtual video games using the actual toys and stuff.
So, I watched Danball Senki W's first episode, and found out that it was a 2nd season, so I was completely lost.
Fortunately, it turns out that Wars is standalone, so I decided to watch that instead.
And what fun it is! The CG battles are cool, and the game modes/objectives the MCs participate in are cool, even though they've been doing CAPTURE THE POINTS mostly.
The LBX models are all cool looking, and the character designs are certainly "unique".
Also of note, apparently the dudes behind Gundam AGE and Inazuma Eleven made this show!

I am really liking the ridiculousness of this show. It's just so fun to watch on a weekly basis and some of the lewdness is hilarious like in this shot

ahahah, I'd kind of forgotten just how hard the show lays it on with the creepy-shock-scares during the first arc. Yeah, it semi-traumatised me the first time through as well. (And I loved it >.>)

Don't worry, after the first arc the show lets up quite a bit on trying to make you shit yourself. It still has creepiness, but it doesn't lay it on so heavy so I think you'll be all right.
It's also worth pointing out since you specified 26 episodes that you have more than that to get through, since Higurashi comes part and parcel with Kai (the former mostly setting up the mysteries and issues, and the latter providing the solutions). If you include Rei as well (which isn't strictly necessary, but it's only five episodes, includes a pretty cool canon epilogue and some major luls), the series as a whole is 55 episodes long.
(There's also Kira, but we don't speak of that one >.>)
