Yes its one of the best parts of Soul Catcher(s). His visuals are always excellent for the situations they find themselves in continuously.

Finally the gap is closing, good things came to those who wait. Anyway Tokis scene was amazing and if it was really done in away for Toki v his father to be the key battle Id be so glad, while Rei can handle Sakurakouji and our favorite Fussy lunch.

Yeah, the plan was doomed the moment they revealed how it's supposed to work. I think they would have a better chance at succeeding when they would just let Usopp shoot it right into her mouth... ehem.

That's just the impression I got from the 2nd half, the first half had direction and it was clear what the author wanted to do with it. The 2nd half just threw all of it out of the window and can be treated entirely as a different series, it just seemed like the author wanted to write an ending where the two got together, regardless of any sense.

Yeah, I was angry and needed to vent. The beginning was really good, but it fell apart on many things later and by that I don't mean the questionable ending.

i guess many people forgot that chapter where Sasuke apologizes to Karin for stabbing her and she goes fangirl mode again like in the early days.

the only way i see Madara going down is the tailed beasts somehow turning against him. talk no jutsu seems to be useless on him and his power level is waay beyond anyone..

I think I initially started One Piece because it was popular, back in the day it was so good, the thrill of Alabasta, and then the epic times in Marineford.

So you have a problem that Renji became so powerful in a short time when he was the Wolf of the manga? The problem with you using Kensai and Rose is that they were caught unaware of Mask's power. They didn't use their hollow powers which was stupid but I doubt the Quincy are unprepared considering they conquered Hueco Mundo. The hollow power non-usage is a criticism I can agree with. Rose did use Bankai and technically killed Mask after Kensai gave him an opening but Mask's power let his minion bring him back to life

Renji didn't have trouble killing his minion to weaken Mask and then damage him. But you make the battle sound really easy when it was not. Renji was forced to Bankai to even beat Mask completely after Mask went Super Quincy.

I have to agree with you on the naming part considering Kyoraku is Captain Commander and knows/should know his Zanpaktou's real name along with the old captains such as Ukitake and Unohana. But most of the younger ones probably do not know their bankai's names.

I'm not Beam so I don't see the point of attacking. To answer you, its because fans of other mangas tend to ignore the posts in reply. Their answers are usually, "LOL Bleach it sucks blah blah blah OP/Naruto/_____ is/did it better"

To combat this, one usually has to add other mangas to their post to make the person even reply in order to "defend" their own manga.

This isn't for people who have a legitimate criticism. "Kubo sucks and shouldn't draw manga" is not a legitimate criticism. Kubo did not use Rose and Kensai's Hollow powers in the fight with Mask is a legitimate criticism.

This is what I originally answered. That isn't criticism. That is just a slippery slope. Which I admittedly answered with my own slippery slope reply.

Why would they take random mooks #1-5000 to power up in Soul King's palace?

The first part even has it wrong. Its not easy to go to the palace.

Has anyone ever seen that in other mangas? Where the most random and useless characters are taken for a power up in a place reserved for the MCs and gang?

Bleach OP and Naruto are the longest running shonen mangas that are very similar in many ways to each other and different in other ways. There is about 100 chapter distance between each with OP being the oldest and Bleach being the youngest. They all have huge fanbases regardless of your personal feelings. They share nearly every shonen trope possible due to their length.

Comparisons between the 3 is an important part for fans to distinguish why they like each of them or hate any of them.

If you can state Jiraiya dying in Naruto was the best done death, you can complain about Ace dying in OP was better and so on so forth.

I don't like playing victim cards or other crap for Bleach like Beam does when he replies. Bleach can stand toe to toe with OP and Naruto which have their own problems.

Most people just don't bother articulating it enough. Most questions and comments/criticism about the big 3 can be replied back to with a little bit of research or you can accept that its a legitimate complaint.

BTW Beam if you are lurking, <3 you bro but stop getting banned over Bleach and being so aggressive about defending it.

Popularity might get me interested in checking out a manga but it won't keep me for long.

I am however an absolute masochist when it comes to shonen garbage like Fairy Tail. No point in denying it.

Well, I for one, like it. I like the boldness, and how it describes Daikichi and Rin's relationship, if you bother to, as Kakashi said, look underneath the underneath.

I stopped reading Usagi Drop very early when I found out what direction the story and ending would be heading. I'm not quite at that point in life where I can stomach shit like that but I don't know what happens explicitly.

Reminded me of Awkward Yoshida (His Favorite). Wish the starting scene had gone all the way but he felt pressured and just not ready, the exams probably got to him, or rather the writer is going to make it something we really want to see when it gets the full attention of a chapter. Cant wait.

I can kind of respect Ueno for being an unrepentant psycho. So did she turn on him back in sixth grade because she had a yandere reaction to him spending all of his time torturing Shouko? Even that doesn't really fit with how she acted towards him.

She turned her back on him because she probably didn't want to get ostracized for being seen as trying to help the bullied (i.e. Ishida). I highly, highly doubt she cared a rat's piss that Ishida was fixated on bullying Shouko (or maybe she was a little jealous, who knows?).

That said, I'm finally willing to cut the guy a break. He's seen enough shit. He's humble now. He paid the price.

Also, given just how low his self-esteem is right now (the dude doesn't even like himself...), the last thing on his mind is that the victim of his bullying now likes him.

We're seeing him beginning to recover and gain confidence, but it's still pretty fragile. I think it's going take a while before we see something blossom between the two.

Well, she was one of the ringleaders of the bullying of both Shouko and Ishida, and the person to initially throw Ishida under the bus to start his bullying, so that was some major overcompensation if she just was trying to avoid being associated with the class losers.

Probably to avoid another bout of arc fatigue like what happened with the Arrancar. Though, Kubo doesn't exactly make it "better" by making at least 20 damn Stern Ritter.

And yeah, another One Piece break. I know Oda needs them and all but... god damn.
At least Toriko is back.
