That's a really good idea actually. No offense to paralympians but it just doesn't have the same coverage or appeal as the main olympics. And in a concert the headliner never plays first, but people will come early for the opening acts. The paralympics can be a great "opening act" and it could boost attendance significantly if the paralympians competed before the olympians

Ahem. I'm going to miss this Olympics really bad. Maybe because it's the first one I bothered to go. I thought at first I didn't give much of a shit about the Olympic Games themselves, until I actually got to see it first-hand. And now, this past Wednesday (August 17th) was such a memorable day for me I almost didn't want it to end (I got to talk and interact to so many different people it was incredible).

Additionally, I'm proud to see we are more than able to host such a "megaevent" such as the Olympics, much to the dismay of countless naysayers, because apparently Brazil, uh... "dared" to host the Olympics. So to those guys: feel free to bury your heads in the sand.

Having said that, I'm going to treasure all those moments in a very special place... Hopefully, I'll get to walk japanese soil to see it all again in 2020.
