Cyberpunk 2077
Awesome! First unofficial screenshots of this I've seen with proper lovely IQ, how did you get this level of sharpeness? Really high res or just the result of disabling some/all of the broken post effects?
thanks! nothing special really, the first one is a 4k screenshot with high preset (no CA) and some post sharpness effect, same thing for the original second before i cropped it for the close-up
Nice, what are anti-aliasing and DLSS set at?
Awe inspiring. What's your setup.
Nothing crazy, 6600k and RTX 2060 at 1440p
low shadow mesh quality - medium
low shadow quality - medium
cascade shadows range - medium
cascade shadows res - medium
rtx reflection on, shadow off, and Ultra lightning presets
DLSS balanced
I only increase the resolution to 4k when I take the screenshots and DLSS to Quality.
Probably just take DLSS off entirely when you take screenshots, no? You should do one with it on and off at 4K to see the difference.
I think it'll look impressive for quite a while still. What other games allow you to play around in a blade runner-ish city? How many other developers will spend the money and time to create such a setting when they can just make flat cities and empty forests? I mean, even games from long ago can still look impressive todayCrazy to think right now that in (several) years to come, Cyberpunk will be playable on ultra settings with pc components you'll be able to buy on ebay for about $10 apiece
Of course at that time Cyberpunk will probably look as impressive as a PSOne game.
Without DLSS the framerate drop exactly to 1 FPS.
No DLSS 4k
DLSS to quality 4k
True, native 4k in this game is better, maybe it's harder to train the AI in this kind of games. That's DLSS in quality mode? Yeah... DLSS doesn't quite match native resolution in this game (unlike in some other games)... I mean, for the extra performance you're getting, it's doing a pretty good job as the image quality is not that blurry in comparison, but it clearly doesn't look like native though. My guess is that it looks more like native 1800p (3200x1800), it would be interesting to see that comparison.

In the DF video they say it's upscaled from 1440p internal resolution.
Could you take a native 4k, dlss 4k and a 1440p for comparisons sake? With fps numbers if possible.
Yes I know, but I don't want direct comparisons between 4k and dlss 4k, it doesn't make sense because the performance is different.DLSS is in quality mode and image quality is more blurry than native res without DLSS.

Ah I see, I thought you wanted to see a comparison between image quality, 1440p native should have the same performance of 4k dlss quality mode.Yes I know, but I don't want direct comparisons between 4k and dlss 4k, it doesn't make sense because the performance is different.
I want to compare 4k dlss with whatever native resolution can match it's performance.
I'm not sure what card you have but your fps seem to be super low.
Native is more sharp, if you look the street and at the far buildings you see with DLSS image quality is a bit more blurrier.I see no difference.

But I can't test it, game is super heavy without dlls even on rtx 3xxx and I have a 2060 but I found this https://www.notebookcheck.net/First...s-needed-to-prevent-a-slideshow.508831.0.html

I think DLSS in Control and Death Stranding was implemented better, those game with DLSS looked better than native.
