OK peeps, what's the earliest date you think we'll have pictures of ALL the new Pokemon? Sprites and/or Sugimori art. Will a player's guide hit store shelves in Japan before the games do? Will a ROM leak into the wild for delicious sprite extraction? (I still remember the sheer overwhelming joy of seeing the 100+ Gen 3 Pokemon sprites all lined up nicely on Serebii.)

Give me a concrete date here, people. Fill in the blank: "The earliest we will see all the sprites is Sept. __." "The earliest we will see all the official art is Sept. __." Fill in the blanks!
 
Pokexperto has been posting the Pokemon National Dex numbers so I thought I'd post them here just in case they turn out to be true...

496: Tsutarja's stage 1 evolution

499: Pokabu's stage 1 evolution
500: Pokabu's stage 2 evolution
501: Mijumaru
502: Mijumaru's stage 1 evolution
503: Mijumaru's stage 2 evolution
504: Minezumi
505: Miruhoggu
506: A small dog-like Pokemon that is possibly of the Shih Tzu breed.
507: A longer dog-like Pokemon with the same face but has a mustache. Face and legs are golden, while the body is dark grey. Normal type. Likely an evolution of #506, based on the description.
508: A dog-like Pokemon that looks like an adult Shih Tzu breed but with longer body. It has a long mustache and a gray-black body. Likely an evolution of #507, based on the description.
509: A cat-like Pokemon with a somewhat suspicious look. Dark type. This is the purple cat Pokemon shown in the commercial, and will be officially revealed on September 16th in Japan.
510: A panther Pokemon. Most of its body is purple, but it's legs, head, and body marks are light brown. Very elegant and slender. Dark type. Likely an evolution of #509, based on the description.
511: Yanappu
512: Yanappu's evolution: Same style but bigger, with an Elvis forelock, more hair, and slightly arrogant pose. Grass type.
513: Baoppu: Fire type monkey. Red/orange body with a flame-shaped tail. Has a sleepy face.
514: Baoppu's evolution: Fire type. Bigger than Yanappu, and it seems confused. Its tail and hair have flames and is a red/orange color.
515: Hiyappu: Water type monkey. It's cheerful and has fountain-shaped hair. It's a light blue color.
516: Hiyappu's evolution: Water type. The most sociable of the three monkeys. Has a somewhat rasta hair style and is light blue in color.
517: Munna
518: Musharna
519: Mamepato
520: Hatoopoo: Evolution of Mamepato. Normal/Flying type.
521: Hatoopoo's evolution: Typical bird Pokemon with an arrogant pose. Evolution of Hatoopoo. Resembles a pidgeon, has the same colors, with a brown chest. Normal/Flying type. Also has an alternate Forme that is still a pidgeon, but with a pink mask. Possibly a Spring Forme.
522: Shimama
523: Shimama's evolution: Still a zebra, but larger, more fierce, and has more white stripes and hair. Electric type.
524: Basic stage of Gigaiasu
525: Evolution of #524
526: Gigaiasu: Evolution of #525

They've also posted some silhouettes of fanart of some new Pokemon we haven't seen yet. Nothing yet to confirm any of this, so it's purely all rumor for now.

UPDATE: Here's what they claim to be the pre-evolutions of Gigaiasu (they are fanart of what the Pokemon supposedly look like)...

Based on what I've been reading, it seems like they have the sprites and maybe a little bit more information (like the types or something) and so that's what they're posting descriptions of and posting fanart of. Those starter evolutions that people have been arguing about are probably just fanart of the actual sprites or something. Based on what I've read about Pokexperto and what others are saying, I think this is a legit leak. There's still no real proof just yet though.

EDIT: By the way, reading through comments on their site and stuff, they are claiming that there are no pre-evolutions or evolutions of old Pokemon. The 5th gen is all new.
 
I don't know what's real anymore D:

On one hand he says he has the game, but posted a fake screenshot has his proof.

But on the other hand there is still a possibility that this stuff is legit...

September 18 needs to get here now, so we can finally know the answer.

From what I've read, they're not an unknown site. They've leaked stuff before Diamond and Pearl apparently that was true. Also, I don't know how true this is, but some people are claiming that they released the silhouette of that purple cat Pokemon before it was shown in that commercial, which would give them some proof that they're telling the truth. Like I said though, I can't verify that as I don't know the time of the original posts to compare.

If this place has legit info then why do they use fanart rather than actual sprites/screens? Is this the same place with that faked screen of the third stage Pokabu/Pignition?

If anything this guy's saying is legit I think it might be these.
That said, I honestly just want the game to come out already. Or for Sunday to come in Japan.
 
For what it's worth, Famitsu gave Black/White a perfect score.

they've been giving an awful lot of perfects in the last couple of years.

Since now that Pokemon species can have separate appearances/forms for each gender and have gender exclusive evolutions, why not just merge the Nidorans now?
 
More dog and monkey Pokemon? It's like they're making the game especially for me. :D

I want that leak to be true simply because it mentions evos for the new elemental monkeys. I was worried they'd be like Plusle and Minun and not evolve.

It would ruin the whole Pokedex system. Blame Professor Oak for entrusting his research to children.

Well, they certainly didn't mind amending the Johto Dex for Heart Gold/ Soul Silver

And if they're not relevant anymore, they might as well change it.

I may not get the game, but I'm curious to see what will come out of it. I'll have he popcorn ready for when I'm reading reactions on Neo-Gaf and 4chan's pokemon board as well.

The "national" dex is always the same, through every game. If you changed Nidoran around, it would change that.

How so? I don't remember any Pokemon disappearing. Merging the Nidoran would mean every Pokemon after Nidoran would be one less #. It may not seem major but who knows how bad this could fuck things up.

Pokemon has always in a conservative way Removing a Pokemon's pretty major.
