Man, Best Buy is a gross company be careful. I just ordered a tablet from there and it tacked on a Webroot antiirus without asking and then I ended up cancelling the tablet and it charged me 29.99 for the antivirus. Now I have to call and get them to refund and they only have a phone number contact like the stone age.

Ordered white, and paid via Paypal. Everything went fine through and when I went to check on it, it was greyed out and cancelled. And the page now mentions its sold out.

The worst thing about all of this to me is that the Nintendo Twitter says it's for sale on 11/25. Thing of all the poor souls that aren't up in the middle of the night madly refreshing the GAF thread. I was going to wait until Friday to even try until I saw this thread pop up earlier after the Amazon sale went live.

Just completed the order for a black one from Walmart. I have the confirmation email - if it gets rejected then I'll be lining up at 10PM tomorrow like the rest of the Black Friday warriors, but hopefully I'm locked in and can now enjoy my Thursday/Friday off without suffering.

You may have a rough time with that, since apparently they come loaded with Firmware 11.0. It's doable, but it's not super easy like earlier firmwares.
