You shouldn't if you want the bigger screen.

If you're wanting someone to talk you into it: More affordable, actually fits nicely in your pocket like a handheld should, screen is bigger than original 3DS, tons of swappable face plates so you can make it look exactly how you want, better image quality...

Damn I got this confused with the SMW N3DS XL I think. Because this was labeled as a "Super Mario" N3DS and has the SMW style background I just assumed it came with the unit. I'm a dummy. Oh well.
