This makes me happy that I didn't keep the Pokemon Red/Blue N3DS I bought and sold it for about cost. That was over $200, and this was just $160.
I don't wear those jeans either but the XL fits comfortably in my jeans. Hell they fit comfortablely in my dress pants.

After waiting in line outside of Best Buy for an hour, then waiting in another line for 20 minutes as I watched the pile of 3ds shrink, I was able to snag one! Third to last one too. There were a lot of people behind me who were very unhappy.

This one looks exactly like the one I've been using, the local store gave it to me for free when I bought my New 3DS XL. Haven't had any issues with it. And I like the braided metal sheilding on it, seems to reduce friction and cable tanglement.
I have a physical copy of the ad so they'll have to honor it or face misleading bait and switch ad litigation
If there is a sign up in the store calling out the mistake they don't have to honor it.

Depends on the store I think but the Target that I work at will have them in the Clothing department as well.

Not if I want to keep my phone and keys with me. Can't have it in the pocket with my keys, and its just not comfortable with my phone next to it.
I'm a little paranoid after having an original DS screen break like that way back when.
Forget 3am, you'd need to line up at midnight or earlier.

My guess is they did get them, they're just misplaced in the back somewhere in the mess. Seems strange that target would get NONE.

My toys r us seems to have plenty and you have to Ask customer service for.a ticket as well. They aren't just up for grabs.
I ended up being able to get a black one instead of.a white one. A lady behind just asked the cashier for a ticket as well and she was able.go get it too.

Really want a white one and think they might have them at my local Best Buy/Wal Mart/Gamestp, but would feel too shitty shopping at an actual store on Thanksgiving. Poor retail workers.

I got an email from ToysRus saying my in-store pickup order went through. I dont know what to do now. I don't want to drive 50miles to go pick it up right now
EDIT: LOL holy shit as i'm typing this post I get a call from ToysRus telling me they only had 8 items and it was first come first serve so they sold my item.
That worked out for me, but damn that is so fucked up for everyone else

Sounds like a surefire way to make holes in your jeans. Why not put the keys in the front pocket and the 3DS in the back pocket instead?

I was worried that my white N3DS from Amazon would get canceled so I headed out to Wal-Mart and grabbed one. Luckily they had six left when I got there. Score!
However, this means I have one white N3DS andone black N3DS that I'll be receiving from Amazon that I won't need anymore. Black one's already with USPS; white one could still get canceled.
Assuming I receive them both, I'd be happy to sell them to two GAF members in the U.S. for ~$115 shipped

I really hope this is more a case of it being particularly successful and less a case of stores not getting enough units to meet even average demand.
Lmao, are your pants made out of paper mache? I've had my keys in my back pockets for years and I never had holes in them.
I'm not going to put the 3DS in the back pocket cause 1. The back pocket isn't big enough for it. 2. I don't want my weight resting on an electronic device (I'm sort of a big dude) and 3. Having my 3ds in my back pocket is an invitation to rob me.
