$99 New 3DS Black Friday Deal

I checked the tracking info from Amazon, and it says it will arrive tomorrow, but the latest update is "Package has been transferred to the USPS and will be delivered by your local postal office" and it says it's in my city. Possible I could get it today?

Possibly depending on if it was delivered to the post office that delivers your mail or a distribution point which is basically the step before your specific post office.

Scored big time with an NES classic and black new 3ds, my GameStop only had 6 total units of the new 3ds though and the line ended up being ~20ppl deep by 445am.
 
Just got back from GS, got there at about 3am and was the first person in line. The store I went to had 3 units, all black. People were legit pissed off, it was kind of funny but it sucks for them. Thank you giant bombcast for making the wait go by quick.

My Gamestop had 4 systems, 3 black, 1 white, I got the last black, felt bad for the guy behind me who wanted one but I blame Nintendo for not shipping more to a specialty store like Gamestop.
 
The problem with nintendo and their limited supply is that they are creating scalpers that are not gamers in the first place. I remember when i worked at gamestop someone walked in and it was clear they never played a video game in their life came up to the register ( during the amiibo days) and we had a bunch of amiibos behind the register, he called someone and asked which one makes the most money, and then he asked to buy all the ness amiibos.

Same thing during the nes classic release someone walked in asked for (that nintendo system) he said he doesnt know how to play playstation because it was complicated, when he was told the nes was sold out he went and bought all the sega genisis they had thinking they were as valuable.

I thought Walmart cancelled on me.

But I just got a shipping notice. Re checked the refund email. The refund was only for 1 cent. !!!!!
 
Got 1 white and 1 black N3DS. Got the only white one that Gamestop had. Was first in line by about 30 seconds. Lucky for me as the second guy in line wanted the white edition.

Kids better be happy this Christmas :)
 
Was 8th in line at gamestop. They only got 9 in Stock so I barely got one. There were 20 people in line behind me. People were super pissed off.
 
Just got to Gamestop. I was first to get out my car and stand in line a few minutes afterwards 15 people lined up and talked about the same thing; 99 dollar 3DS. Whoever said get here at 3am wasn't kidding but hey I'm first in line.
 
Was the first one in at Gamestop. They only had 4 units, 2 white and 2 black. The store manager told us all the locations in the area got about that much. The two guys behind me were also after the 3DSs.

Getting there hours early was well worth it.
 
Woo! Target shipped my 3DS! Amazon Japan shipped my Hori case and Hori screen protectors!

The funny thing is the Amazon Japan order might be here sooner than the Target order. It's supposed to be here Tuesday.
 
Got one for my daughter, white one, in Ann Arbor, MI. Replacing her gimpy pink original XL which has a loose shell, scratches all over, and has gotten a bit finicky.

Got there at 4:40 or so, talked with some folks for a bit, there were like 5-6 people there. Someone came in right at 5am and tried to sorta line jump by going straight to counter while the rest of us nearer to the front of the line outside got the 4 or 5 units they had (I heard both numbers).

Only about 15 people there by 5am open time. Heard some folks drop in at like 5:15 looking for the 3dses, geez folks, gotta be a tiny bit earlier than that.

Used my $112 credit I got for an old beat up original XL on Wed. :0
 
So how do you actually cancel an order from GameStop? I can't find a cancel item button anywhere on my orders page and the 3ds hasn't shipped yet.

Both Fire Emblem Fates are $25 at Best Buy right now
 
Pretty much same experience here in KC. I got there at about 4:30. There were only about 7 or 8 people in line. The line had grown to about 25 people by the time they opened the doors. They had 3 of each color. The black ones went first, I got the 2nd black unit.

This shows that nintendo was making bank seeling the 3ds for 200.
If they drop the price to 100, 120 for the xl they can hit 100 million units sold by the time they end the 3ds
