Heh, violin-ukulele guy muttering "You're being a jerk" to Harry after nervously laughing was hysterical. Barely heard it until I re-watched the episode with headphones.

Harry's antics are so extra. I can't imagine how terrible it must be for JLo to sit next to him all day during those interminable auditions. But then I remember she's probably earning $100,000 an hour to sit there and look pretty, and my sympathy evaporates pretty quickly...

...speaking of money, did anyone else chuckle when that folk guitar singer chick bragged about making $300 a day playing music on the subway? All I was thinking is, "I wonder if the IRS watches this show." XD

I'll PayPal 50 spacebucks to anyone who was able to sit through this memorable gem from S12 without devolving into a shapeless puddle of person parts.

From "Spanish redneck," to the catastrophic performance, to Randy's one-hit kill, to Mariah's 30 minute explanation of what a key change is, to Keith's "son I'm disappoint" face, to Nicki's camera mugging and inability to hide her emotion, to the audience's pin-drop silence during the entire affair...I don't think there's ever been a more gloriously transcendent moment of awkward on television.

Before this season heats up, let's remember some of that season's highlights:
