as much as it pains me to see Amy go.....Neil Druckmann and Bruce Straley are a MASSIVE upgrade!!! Just sayin.....

I.FUCKING.KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!Presumably?
Dang, I hope it is true though.
The Plane and Desert part is great.
And TLoU beginning is God Tier for such a short small moments that affect all of the series plot point later on.
Giraffes, Injured Joel Gameplay, and the two bookended sequences come to mind. That's just about it though.
Naughty "Gods" no more. Gigantic loss. Can not be stated enough. Amy Hennig is amazing. Will be interesting to see how this story develops.
They have two teams, Neil and Bruce aren't needed in both of them. Just sayinas much as it pains me to see Amy go.....Neil Druckmann and Bruce Straley are a MASSIVE upgrade!!! Just sayin.....
Don't worry. The cutscenes are comingSony, ship it as soon as you can. I dont want anyother influence coming near it.
Going to be interesting to watch what happens now.All Bruce and he have talked about is working on a possible TLoU sequel or a new IP that they've been kicking around. They haven't said anything about even being interested in making another Uncharted. It seems like Uncharted 2 was more or less a stepping stone for them to get into a position to make the games they want.
It's never bad to have too much talent...
What, go over and press triangle to cue conversation? I'm not talking about conversations, hell all three Uncharted have done that. I'm talking about those unconventional moments that most would apply to a cutscene, like the ones I mention. What in the world. The gameplay was loaded with storytelling. So much of the backstory comes out naturally in dialogue while you're roaming around with Ellie or other characters.

I know, but they are just as bad as the "Neil is a douche, jerk" ect and "I will never buy a NaughtyDog game again" comments.Wow, I can't believe all these comments about her leaving naughty dog being a "good thing" and "massive upgrade".
I know, but they are just as bad as the "Neil is a douche, jerk" ect and "I will never buy a NaughtyDog game again" comments.
So it doesn't matter to you at all if they release a quality game? The only reason you would purchase a ND game is because Amy was involved?
Not yet, cat broke my PS3.Have you played Left Behind? It seems like that's pretty much everything you're looking for.
Hell, I stated in the OT that it's essentially what ND wanted to get out of UC3.
...and without Amy's talents, I wonder what Uncharted 2 would have been like.
Amy's talents directed a much inferior game.
Not yet, cat broke my PS3.
I'm not talking about walking around and just triggering conversations though.
Something similar to the desert, or Injured Joel gameplay.
Or the "trippy" parts with Edward in AC4(if you finished it you know what I am talking about.)
Not yet, cat broke my PS3.
I know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Goddamn. Those are all great.
Hope she goes to somewhere like Valve. She'd be a great asset wherever she ends up.
Because they did something not comparable to Uncharted whatsoever?
The Last of Us is like an indie film compared to Uncharted. Both have their own style.
But I guess since The Last of Us is just The Shit now, everything else is fucking crap.
No pics at the moments but he is a maine coon. Please expand on this. Pictures of said cat are also welcome.
Dont do this to me.Don't worry. The cutscenes are coming
.
Considering how much better TLoU's story was compared to Uncharted's, I can't say I'm too disappointed that they're the new leads.
Sucks that she was forced out, though.
If she was forced out by those two I hope they find themselves jobless soon as well. Not cool.
Never forgive. Please expand on this. Pictures of said cat are also welcome.
Along with Neil right? It's like we have experimental groups to find out who's the better writer.
UC2: Amy and Neil
UC3: Amy only
TLoU: Neil only
