1. 700maH more is 50% more which is massive
2. You are not knowledgable based on these graphs. Only thing that MAXX battery is good for is talk time as Android manufacturers are unable to make an efficient LTE modem.

I will say that I didn't do enough research. Although the MAXX does seem to have the best overall battery life, my "destroys" comment must have been my memory of the massive talk time difference, when the other areas actually aren't so clear cut. I used hyperbole, like you with your "only thing good about maxx battery is talk time" (despite it being hours better than the iPhone with wifi browsing), and I apologize for that. With the S3, 700mAh is a big difference, yes, but so is a 4.8" screen over a 3.5" or more recently 4" screen. That difference in screen size costs mAh. I found in real world that my S3 lasts at least as long as my iPhone 4, so that's where that comment came from. I consider real world tests far more relevant than benchmarks (and my post history will back that up if for some reason you didn't believe me. I don't pay attention to or post about benchmarks).
If you want to know tests (and you can post more that are contrary if you want to), here is what Laptop Mag said in their iPhone 5 review:
In the LAPTOP Battery Test, which involves continuous surfing over 4G at 40 percent brightness, the iPhone 5 lasted 7 hours and 13 minutes. That's longer than the Samsung Galaxy S III (6:55) and over an hour longer than the smartphone category average. The Sprint iPhone 4S running iOS 6 lasted 5:54. However, the Droid RAZR Maxx is still the endurance champ; it's 3,330 mAh battery lasted nearly 8.5 hours.
