Boxing - Hajime no Ippo
Soccer - Captain Tsubasa
Basketball - Slam Dunk
Judo - Yawara

It's one of those cases where it will stop, then come back years later with a new subtitle. The original Captain Tsubasa manga ends, and you can just stop there if you want. I hear it goes downhill after that point anyway.
