I see nothing like that. What exactly did they downgrade?
Texture quality when far away and pop ups. You on PS4?

"This is no farm, but a major military encampment."
I got it once during a mission and died, now everytime I fast travel or complete a qiest no matter if i'm in the middle of the desert, middle of the sea or a mcdonalds, he says that same phrase..how in the world do I get him to stop and am I the only one getting this glitch?
Thanks, posted it there. This is really upsettingI see people taking about it on the ubisoft forums.

Amazing game. The setting is perfect. Only 5 hours in but totally hooked.
What are you guys rocking for your hdr settings?
Ah, brilliant set my friend...I have mine at 1000/300 with a 75in x900eLg oled 65b6 here: nits 800 and aperwhite 120. When i switch HDR off the game looks like a cartoon with way to bright colors. The picture is stunning with HDR enabled.

I read an interesting article on Origins and historical facts, mainly about blackwashing history. It's a long read but a good one and it's written by an actual historian.

You wrote that. Next time make sure you choose a Gaf name that doesn't link back to you in such an obvious way. A certain demographic sure does seem to take offense to some black people claiming Egyptian heritage or being able to relate to Bayek.
Take this /pol shit out of the OT or at least make a separate thread, and this time be honest that you wrote it.
Fair enough, /pol seems to be the hotbed for "controversial" race related gems.ayy lamao. this isn't /pol - if anything, it speaks more of reddit.
Have you changed to the alternative control scheme? Who ever decided on triggers for attacks was stupid high.Just got this the combat feels really off Not sure if I like it
The dark souls comparison is apt to a degree nowhere near as fluid but its all about chipping away health with attacks levels deciding damage effectiveness hit boxes and parryimg attacks..I agree the older games did have a flow but my beef was the lack of actual control. The new method works in my opinion though definitely not made for multiple oppoents beyond 2 but thats what the tools for!Does the combat look as nice as it has in the past games ? By which I mean, do the rpg mechanics make it look ridiculous where you're slashing people with blades repeatedly and they're fine, or shooting an arrow through their face and they're fine. Even though the older games were too easy, the combat did have a good flow with some cool kill animations and appropriately deadly hits with blades etc.

While I would love to be the author of such an article, I definitely am not. If you actually read the whole thing you would see the author information at the bottom. Here it is:

Funny people say this is the best AC since Blackflag and they pretty much hated ACIII, Unity and some liked Syndicate, but ACIII is the AC game it reminds me of.
If I was too guess which team make this I'd would have said the ACIII team. This is a big step up from Blackflag which I thought was an underdeveloped rushed Nextgen launch game that seemed like it was originally DLC for ACIII.
Finally switched this as well cause the default were terrible. Feels much better nowI was having a hard time with the controls until I went looking in the menu for an alternative control scheme. And there it was! Classic Assassin's Creed controls!
Is anyone else using the alternative control scheme?
Although the world was very big..sea wise. The main reason people don't like 3 is because its "prologue" is almost a 3rd of the game and because it does a really poor job of showcasing the parts of the game that are actually good, while putting the worst aspects of the game front and center. 4 cut out most of what didn't work in 3, keeps and evolves what did, and does a good job of getting you into the actual game pretty quickly.
I thoroughly disagree with it seeming like a DLC for 3 though.

The 999999 glitch makes micro transactions moot. I've bought almost every weapon, got the Unicorn the mummy outfit and about to start buying xp tablets when I beat the game (so much still left to do!)
No way Ubisoft doesn't patch this I wonder what they're going to do to offset those who benefitted and have obscene amounts of cash!
