The updated 1up preview stated both that Banjo 1 and 2 will be coming to XBLA and that Banjo Land, the one they demoed, has pieces of every world from Banjo 1 and 2. Game sounds awesome and it will be a treat to replay Banjo 1 and 2 (especially 2 if they can even out the framerate a bit)

While I'm not excited about the gameplay, this is a hype thread, so let me let this be my negative banjo respite.

The graphics are amazing. I really love the look, and the levels they shown have, to me, looked absolutely beautiful.

The humor and tone also look spot on with what we've come to expect from Banjo.

With both those going for it, and almost certainly tight control as well (really all that takes is time, and goodness knows this game has had that), this is going to be a great game. While it's certainly not for me, and not what I wanted from the next BK game, I think that people who find the gameplay mechanic anything but a disaster are going to really really enjoy the game, due largely in part to Rare's talents with humor, personality, and graphics.

This is really one of those games that needs to be seen in motion. In screens it looks good but not truly mind-blowing in a Rare-am-graphic-gods kinda way, but watch a HD video and, well, it's drool worthy.

Can't wait.

I'm looking forward to this game a lot! At first I was disappointed that it didn't look like the old banjo games. but now i just think it will be something different but still something very good.
the 360 needs these kind of games badly also as someone has already mentioned.

I'm super excited to get some more HD platforming games......my only worry is that lots of the footage I've seen has been kinda "framey" but I'm pretty sure Rare will get this fixed. Can't wait!

Watching the G4 live demo and wow the levels are MASSIVE and beautiful. This aint really my type of game but it looks pretty nice for what it is.
