Battlefield Bad Company beta coming (360)

I got mine, but if anyone has an extra one my best bud would really appreciate it. He's dying to play the game and is a huge Battlefield fan. I would have given him mine but I had already entered it by the time I found out how badly he wanted it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated GAF. :)
 
If someone could give me a key it would be gratefully appreciated :)

Is it possible for someone to write up some impressions of the beta?

Naw, the new EA uses a more clever brand of evil. They'll give as many people as they can a free taste with the beta, take it away so the fiends have to buy the game, and then gouge them with DLC.

It sucks that NZ/OZ won't be getting it.......

I'll have to hook up with some gaffers to play it cause none of my friends will be able to play with me.

Is it just me or are the intorduction video/tutorial graphics underwhelming? Nowhere near as good as the early trailers. Still can't wait to play it though, the premise of the game mode seems good.
 
Where is all this hate coming from? If the beta was free I bet this would be a thread of love and joy. Now why are people up in arms because you can purchase weapons? I simply don't understand the hate!

It isn't as if you start with a slingshot and you're up against players who buy a mini-nuke launcher.

Oh, I'm going to buy all the sweet weapons and cook all you foos!

The logic is "wait, why would you have to purchase additional weapons for a Beta? Does that mean they're gonna sell them for the full game too?"

I was looking at the controls and it says that if you press Up on the D-Pad it 'Takes Screenshot' :o Saved Films in final game maybe?

These 4 days are going to go slow. 1st day of Spring Break and guess what, we get 10-15 inches of snow! More snow then we got winter break, wtf. (Milwaukee area) Just last week it was 50 degrees. Ugh.
 
I was wondering why no one was actually talking about playing the game, I finished my download, got in and then saw the message...No servers until March 25th:lol Damn the luck.

I wouldn't get too worked up over it. It'll just snap a pic of your current screen. The same thing PCs have been doing forever. No way is it going to be anything near H3 levels.

I just hope there are custom controls in the final. Some of the layouts look terrible.

I still play shadowrun. I am also heavy into COD multi.

Hmm, I hope it at least uploads online like some racing games do.
 
I hope the beta is addictive as the COD4 beta was.

Looking forward to the vehicles and environmental destruction.

The game prob won't be as good as COD4 multi, but it will be a welcome change of scenery.

..and I really have to hold myself back from saying that EA would probably charge per upload. Whoops, too late.

I think gowans got in but I'm not sure, haven't asked Beseda but I didn't see him post here yet so I doubt it..
