Yeah, wasn't a huge fan of that backdoor pilot.
I think suffers the same way first season of A Different World did
In that they made Zoe too perfect of a daughter on the show to be a main character.

Didn't like the spin off pilot. Way too whacky, and too convenient.
Also, the Buick product placement has to stop. One episode Bow has a G63 AMG, another episode she has a cheap ass Buick Rendezvous? Now in this episode we see Zoe has a Buick, but Dre is the one driving it instead of his S-Class?
And btw, his S-Class went from being a regular S550 to a S63 AMG.
