This app was pretty cool. It sold dozens of specialised themes that you could kit your entire Android device out in. However, it didn't do well and after barely a year, it was fully discontinued. You can't even download ones you have bought anymore.
Learn Real English With Pokemon: Bilingual XY Scope

This app was very niche but was a great tool for helping kids to learn English. Essentially, you could point your phone at any part of Pokémon X & Y, and it would tell you what was said in the English version. It had various quizzes that could be purchased. However, as it didn't do well, it was shut down after just 7 months

Another cool app, though a bit redundant. You could purchase tracks of Pokémon music, create playlists, loop them, add sound effects etc., but after a year it was discontinued
Dance? Pokémon Band!

This was a fun game where you could play a rhythm game that had various tracks from the Pokémon anime. Tap the screen to make the Pokémon dance. It was intentionally short lived, however, only released to tie in with the movie: Hoopa & The Clash of Ages
Pokémon Shuffle Mobile

This game was a port of the Pokémon Shuffle Nintendo 3DS game. It's a match 3 game which has regular weekly updates. However, on mobile it has only barely passed the success of the 3DS version, with only 8 million downloads on mobile as of July 2016 compared to the 3DS's 6 million on hardware with a much smaller install base. It has since caught up with the 3DS version and all updates the 3DS one gets, the mobile one gets at the same time.

Pokémon Comaster is a board game based on the Pokémon Trading Figure Game that existed in the US back in 2005. It's a game with some ridiculous mechanics, with much of the gameplay being down to random generation rather than any skill and getting figures is practically purely gacha based. It hasn't been received well and just today was announced that it has passed 1 million downloads
