Wait,getting them to fix an order is essentially removing the discount from your order? wtf

..I really wish best buy didn't pull that point crap. I did NOT want to order with amazon.

Yeah, I had a CSR adjust mine with the difference of what the discount should have been and it all made sense in the chat until after when I noticed the original discount was gone and I just had the new price.

Think I'm just gonna wait for the dust to settle and see if they come good on it for others.

The CSR I got didn't adjust my order. Instead, he/she gave me a promo credit equal to the discount that should've been applied. Probably the best solution, considering all the problems that a manual adjustment can cause.
