I'm glad people are excited, as I've seen a lot of Lost Planet hate on here before, when in fact, it's one of the best 360 games.
But seriously, enough of the OMG WHY IS CAPCOM SHITTING ON EVERYONE ELSE THIS GEN.
Where were you whiners last gen when PS2 got Onimusha 2-3, DMC1-3, Mega Man X8 exclusive? What about when Xbox missed out on RE4?
PS2 got more exclusives than any system this gen. Yet some of you bitch and bitch about 360 exclusives (which this may not even be!). Where were you people last gen? Or was it okay because you HAD a PS2?
Get a 360, suck it up, and shut up. Non-PS2 owners had it worse last gen than non-360 owners have it this gen.

Nice, loving the jungle environments and the huge, epic boss at the end. That part where they were running over that stream in the jungle was amazing. Makes me wish they would create a game set in a fantasy/prehistoric jungle setting(Monster Hunter in this engine?), but this is close enough.

Looks sick! Loved the 1st game, mostly. Hopefully the boss fights won't be either super easy, or insanely hard. That was my biggest hit with the 1st one. Also the ability to aim straight up would be welcome as well :lol MP was cool, but this looks like it'll be a whole other level of awesome.

The best explosions in gaming right here. I really enjoyed the first LP and for its time it was one of the better looking games out. I am curious about the jungle sections, and co-op campaign sounds awesome.

They showed other guys in your robot operating turrets. Kinda cool I guess but I'm hoping for crazier multi-man robots.

After seeing the trailer I really want to go play the PS3 version from start to finish. I did/do suck online no lieing about that. I do remember I had this one week of nonstop fun online and if they can improve on that, which it looks like they will, bring it on.

What exclusives.... Capcom is multi platform. RE5, LP1, SFVI, Dead Rising 2 all are multip. There IS NO 3rd Party EXCLUSIVE anymore.. The faster you deal with that the better for you. For exclusive the best would be some DLC a year from now or a Demo week early. Exclusive will mostly be 1st or 2nd party. PERIOD.
There is not much of difference in sales for DEV to go Exclusive Retail Titles, unless someone empties there deep pocket. Its not the starting of cycle where you can overcome the userbase with some money.

But yeah..game looks fantastic and it pretty much sold me as soon as I saw the co-op fight against the huge monster.
This is now my 3rd most anticipated title this year (behind Alan Wake and God of War 3).

This is how the Japanese need to be tackling this generation. Capcom just need to sort out their DLC issues though.
But as others have said, this is how games should be announced. No fucking around, show it us when it's near and looking amazing, and show us a lot of it. I don't know what they're doing right, maybe it's good communication with their western branches, whatever it is, it's working.

Agree I'm sick of the teasing shit and the latest lame wheeze 'leaked footage' just keep your asses quiet until you have enough to power bomb us then drop that shit. Capcom have scored a direct hit with the footage released so far.

Oh good. The business model has changed. It will be multi platform, they cannot leave money on the table any longer. The best a fan bot can hope for is the standard 6 month timed "exclusive."
