CGI animated films from the past 15 years that everyone already forgot about

Agreed.

Totally did the whole villain centric plot better than Despicable Me.

Yes it did. Megamind was so awesome. One that was mentioned here was "Epic" and I have to agree. I mean it's fairly new and I already forgot that I ever saw it and not one of the people I know have ever mentioned in any capacity.

Hugh Jackman and Kate Winslet play rats. There are like...there's like a sewer and they fight some frogs. Some slugs start singing at some point, I think. There's more...there's....it's all a big sewer and I think a diamond is involved and one of the frogs is a French mime. Someone falls over, I can't remember who. Cockney accents. Lots of cockney accents.

Speak of the devil. This is on Cartoon Network right now.

Do you guys Remember Surf's Up? It is among my favorites because I'm a fan of mockumentaries, though.

That gets heavy play on cartoon network, It is one of my favorites as well, it is unique in its comedic approach and full of charm. The little penguins when they speak are the best part of the movie.

Bolt was one of my favorites. Watched it 4 nights back to back when I first saw it because I liked it so much, and it somehow just went under the radar quickly :(

I thought it was awesome, though.

It was pretty good. Think this is the first CG animated film I've seen where they really got a good sense of dread throughout. Also there was this neat facebook promotion before the movie launched where a scientist posts updates up to his eventual death.

It was basically Avatar, only humans were more desperate (they needed a new home, their generational ship was failing) the aliens could actually stand on equal footing technologically (they only kept a simple lifestyle by choice, but were more than capable of re-arming on short notice), and contained 100% less sexual tension.

So it was basically better than Avatar, is what I'm saying.

Legend of the Guardians, not to be confused with Rise of the Guardians (which everyone also forgot).

Why yes, it was directed by Zack Snyder.

This movie was actually really good, I'd of love to of seen another. Also the nicest looking one i've seen.

It's The Room of animated movies; utterly hysterical in such a bad way. No one knows about it though and it bombed rather quickly in theaters.

...Why is Amy Poehler in that movie? How does someone as high profile as her appear in something like that, especially right before a leading role in Inside Out?

I wish this looked better visually, it was dated at the time, but I really enjoyed this movie.

wow watching some of these clips (esspecially the Animatrix stuff) its amazing how far we've come. That animatrix stuff now looks like a super cheap production

I only remember this one for its soundtrack, which is well done.
I caught bits and pieces of most of this at a friend's house, his kids were watching it. It was pretty good, I was impressed!

Apparently it's a spinoff of a 52-episode 2D animated series? Huh!

Lol, you bastard! Antz is actually pretty memorable for me, I really liked it back in the day, and still remember it. Woody Allen as a neurotic ant, it fucking worked.
I got a demo copy of Antz's soundtrack as a freebie from a place I worked around the time. Still pop it in to this day, astounding score by Harry Gregson-Williams (yes, that Harry Gregson-Williams!).

Nightmare fuel.
Sad part is, it's based on a picture book by Berkley Breathed, the Bloom County guy. To have an interesting cartoony artstyle to build from and then turn it into this hellish mocap puppet show, just, eughggh. Why?
