Couldn't believe how bad the animation was. I thought it was one of those redbox movies mean't to ride deceive parents.Hoodwinked is one:

Look at that cast you would have thought it would be huge. One movie with Bruce Willis,Gary Shandling, Steve Carrell, Wanda Cykes, andNick Nolte? Crazy.
A few people have mentioned Hoodwinked, but what about Hoodwinked Too?

Oh :/Stop-motion though.![]()
Probably a good choice. I should probably watch it some day. I remember reading about it back in the day and wanting to see it, but for some reason never did.I think CG meant for adults gets forgotten fairly easily. The previous page had someone trying to remember a yellow-tinged CG film for adults and it got me remembering Renaissance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oh7s32XRScQ

I really liked Final Fantasy - The Spirits Within. But when I first saw it in the theater I was utterly disappointed and thought it was bad because it didn't have the typical FF elements. Where's the chocobo's, summons, people casting fire, etc. But after buying the Blu-ray a few years back it has grown on me as a decent sci fi flick on it's own. I even thought the plot was rather interesting science fictionI thought the dream sequences were incredible. Good voice work from familiar actors as well. Hell, it's a much better movie than Advent Children IMO.The enemies are really just ghosts of lifeforms from an alien world that got dragged dragged to earth on an asteroid after their world was destroyed by war. Sounded like something out of Star Trek.

Antz also came out 17 years ago.

I also forgot to mention Arhur and the Minimoys -
I have no idea how this movie got two sequel. But hey, crazier things have happened.
I caught bits and pieces of most of this at a friend's house, his kids were watching it. It was pretty good, I was impressed!
Apparently it's a spinoff of a 52-episode 2D animated series? Huh!
Reminds me of Foodfight....My vote would have to be A Foxe's Tale (Kis Vuk)

Holy shit this film is terrible. Aside from being an awful adaptation of a fantastic movie (The Little Fox, or Vuk) it is just downright awful.

Vomits...
If anyone is intrested, here is a trailer. But prepare for awefulness.

^^^ Character designs that ugly should be illegal!
Set pieces DID look good. Human characters had that creepy uncanny valley thing going on, and the aliens were just... urgh.I just watched Mars Needs Moms the other day. Yeah the Martians look pretty ugly but the movie is technically really impressive.
Another CG movie with hideous character designs.![]()
I.............. i'll see myself out.

I don't think I ever see people talking about this movie. I rewatched it last Halloween and it's pretty decent! The animation hasn't aged very well though.
The poster for the film made it look unappealing but the animation looks incredible!Legend of the Guardians, not to be confused with Rise of the Guardians (which everyone also forgot).

Why yes, it was directed by Zack Snyder.
Monster House was surprisingly good actually.
