How was NMH2? Never got a chance to play it because I don't have a Wii. Liked the NMHHD well enough though (and Suda games in general)

If you thought the city of Santa Destroy was an important character in NMH, then you will hate NMH2. Because it's gone. One of the major appeals of the original NMH for me was that all this fantastical shit was happening in the this sleepy little desert town. That whole feeling, the essence of the game (imo), is straight up gone from NMH2. It's like NMH without the soul.

Also, mini-games are the ONLY way to earn extra money in NMH2 (no more killing a bunch of people for the fuck of it side-missions), and they get old as shit really fast.

NMH2 is a much worse game imo.

With that WiiU sales and Marvelous keeping the IP I honestly think there is no chance at all.

Maybe Nintendo puts a few $$$ on the table. They already did it for Bayonetta 2 and Bayonetta 1 wasn't even on Wii.

I'm glad people feel that way.

Originally people were glad to have the motorcycling gone, but you realize when you revisit NMH1 that it was what gave Santa Destroy character.

That and Takada's godlike OST.

I'd really love a NMH on a platform like PS4 or XBone made for normal controls, something along the lines of Metal Gear Rising. I love Travis Touchdown, and I want to see more of 'im.

NMH 2 is actually one of my favorite games ever, Travis needs a third chapter.

suda said travis' story is over and that NMH3 would have a new protag, sometime after he released that teaser pic of shinobu walking in the snow with the umbrella and everyone was for it.
