It's a fuckton

I'm reading this one C05516658
Russian plane being followed by a shape-shifting 500mph "cloud." It appeared on radar and was visible by the entire crew.

A quote from the article:
"Inside the oloud little lights "sparkled"--they blinked on and ott like the string of lights on a New Year tree."

Now, having read that, watch this and pay attention to how this "cloud" moves extremely strange and holds its shape, and has small lights inside. Watch the whole video and use 1080p.

Again, I just randomly stumbled on that one, no telling what else is in there. My cloud vid might not be related, but I just found it odd how no can really tell what it is. You've got people saying its 100% a cloud and others saying plastic, neither makes any sense to me.

Yeah in a time where we can deepfake hollywood actress' faces on porn stars, I'm not entirely ready to believe this pixel-y floaty cloud is a fucking UFO.

Well, there's a metric fuck of incredibly weird shit here that even the CIA couldn't figure out so, have at it. I just thought that one was odd. Not saying my video is proof of anything. It's just interesting.

Why would plastic hold its shape like that? It would flutter, especially when it started descending randomly at fairly high speed.

Why does it have to flutter? Depends on so many factors. Its composition, the wind strength, the way it's been crumpled, etc.

Idk, that's very odd for it to randomly sit up there, then suddenly plummet. What you're describing sounds like hard plastic, which makes it even less believable. Anyway, don't get caught up on that one, its just a video I remembered that sounded familiar.

I see nothing on this website saying the cia just released this publicly.....all i see is that this is additional content purchased on a cdrom by that website and most of the contents have been disclosed previously in 2009.

Source me or point me in the right direction towards how this relates to the forum topic

Yeah I'm with Shadow... the website is confusing and poorly worded.

They "purchased" this CD-ROM... from the CIA? Wtf?

And the Russian UFO sighting account linked in the OP reads like a bad fanfic. There is no way that is a legitimate government document.

Looks like a giant lightweight deli wrap type plastic glinting from the sun.

If it zoomed across or shot upwards and disappeared then we could rule that out, otherwise it's nothing otherworldly.

Nothing to see here. All of this crap was in the author's book, Inside the Black Vault, which is a total snooze fest.

Its amazing, 1/3 completely convinced its 100% clouds, another 1/3 is says its plastic without a doubt, then another guy was saying foam absolutely certain. :)
..... Maybe it's intergalactic jizz suspended in our dimension as if in bathwater

Why would the CIA classify video footage of a plastic bag. If this was true American Beauty would have never hit theaters.

They had that covered with Operation Metoo, just got the timing off by a bit. Not even allowed to watch it now since Spacey stars in it.

Zoomed out looks like plastic, zoomed in looks like clouds, due to not being an optical zoom but digital with artifacting.

I don't get the whole obsession with aliens. If they exist, fine. But they sure as hell are making a shit job of contacting our species.
But, why does this matter to the average working joe?

UFO != aliens, just because humans see patterns everywhere and cannot explain them, don't jump to aliens. The universe is vast, speed of light is finite and the distances are such that anything making it to Earth is almost zero chance.

You can request the exact same info from the FOIA through the CIA hotline or request to have the info mailed to you.

And you would be surprised how some gov documents read, official ones oftentimes read worse than that, even from higher agencies up like the FBI and CIA. Oftentimes it's just notes and accounts from people mostly.

Watch at your own peril.

They don't make films like these anymore....

teezzy teezzy get itt
So in the first vid at 2:17 you can clearly see the lights inside of it and it's definitely not a plastic bag. This info officially freaked me out. :messenger_grimmacing_:messenger_beaming:
the amount of pants shat ITT is hilarious.

A plastic bag LMFAO this shit is so surreal, people are making the silliest excuses.
