Season OOC: 15-4, 11-4 vs D1 Teams
Best: LSU 41 Washington 3

Since conference sizes are not made equal a percentage based breakdown:
ACC 52.6%
Big 12 64.7%
Big East 84.6%
B1G 79.2%
Pac 12 86.9%
SEC 78.9%

That's % of OOC games that are against D1 opponents. Its late so my math could be wrong.

Hey guys what did I miss last Saturday?

I had a great time at the New Mexico v. Texas game, but had no idea my friend who I was staying with wouldn't have internet at his new place yet. I don't know how he lives without it!

So OSUw is the real deal while OSUs kinda sucks.

Looks like the Pac-12 had the best weekend going by conferences. Almost makes up for the disasters they had on week 1

edit2: I think PSU may get their first win this week. If they somehow lose, bluemax, you need to make the thread title "PSU football: winless since 1997".

fify. I didn't think anyone in the SEC lost to an FCS school.

Their 4 losses are to Louisville, Clemson, Northwestern, and Louisiana Monroe

I am still dead, but Nebraska's loss to UCLA make my tow wiggle.

The Badgers have fired their O-Line coach.

Good.

http://badgerofhonor.com/2012/09/10...ve-line-coach-mike-markuson-after-upset-loss/

Markuson is a highly respected coach but it seems there were communication issues between him and the players. It also seems that Markuson’s schematic tweaks were causing problems for some of the guys. Clearly, things were not working correctly. New offensive line coach Bart Miller worked under former o-line coach Bob Bostad, who is now in Tampa Bay with the Buccaneers, and is expected to re-insert the scheme used the past few years when the Badgers totally dominated people up front.

I know you all are super excited to learn how our scarlet and grey out was. Well a lot better than I expected, here's a pic I took. And if you look closely you can see golden eye in the top right!

Guys, when I took a piss on Sunday morning an ice cube came out. Not only was it extremely painful, but toilet water splashed all over me as well.

This is my analogy for Arkansas footbaw.

Yeah, it was about what I expected.

The thing about gray is that it instantly gets washed out when anyone wears red. So you have to have every single person in that area wear gray or else it doesn't work.

It looked better in real life than in this pic. But I was surprised they pulled it off, not shown in the pic is another scarlet section to the left and another grey section to the right, the entire south stands were were red. Maybe Golden has a pic he took and we can get the opposite perspective.

Are we all alive and accounted for? Looks like ChiTownBuffalo is still with us. Arky fan checked in. That's good.

I'm starting to watch back up teams.

Just a boring week of footbaw, and spent most of it playing Planetside.
Trying to figure out the reason Cyan won. Think he might have used some EPO, some blood doping. Perhaps some fake Hot Piss.

Because whatever you do, I don't think you'll be able to claim 10 Alma Mater's like mre. There can be only one.

If I got stupid reception on campus on gamedays I would post a lot more. I usually cant post until 5 or so if its a noon kickoff.

Try pithy replies to any and all subjects. It's done me and Jazz wonders.

I'd have more Saturday night, but I stopped watching UGA/Mizz and missed out on La Monroe. Pity.

Pride of Iowa State
Is that... is that velcro?

Iowa State doesn't get good by being clean. Never know when those wins might be vacated.

#52 looks hungry.

You'd think they could, at the very least, stick them on straight.

Assuming you're talking about the Cy-Hawk trophy, Iowa Corn is still working that whole thing out. Did you see the nightmare last year with it? They got the gig to sponsor the series and re-do the trophy.

Here's the story: http://espn.go.com/college-football/story/_/id/6889208/controversial-cy-hawk-trophy-replaced

So they initially went from this old thing...

to this STUPID thing...

There was such an uproar by everyone that they decided to overhaul it again. It's much better now, but the final quality isn't there yet.

slowing getting back into form. Another away game this week is a blessing with wedding planning and posting on GAF (when I should be working on the wedding).

ND Hate Week! I don't think MSU has ever had two night games as the first two home games before. I'm going up to East Lansing this weekend after a job interview in the most vile city of all, Ann Arbor.

BYU vs Utah this week. Utah is officially the least cordial place on earth for the next few days. I'd issue a travel advisory warning if I had the authority to do so.

Either way, GO BYU!

The UGA/Mizz game finally got interesting at the end of the 3rd quarter/beginning of the 4th. I missed the Arky debacle too.

Yes.

It will truly be the world's greatest party.

Hot Tampa Strippers.

Greg Schiano watching the team.

If there aren't at least 3 NCAA investigations after this weekend, I am going to call it a failure.

Or at least just a rash of photos on deadspin of players passed out in clubs and strip joints.
