anyway, I await for whatever is coming my way from GAF :/

I feel you, I own both consoles and so far I would say BF4 is one of the games the visual difference does make an impact on PS4... yet at nights I play it on the xbone because the PS4 noise its just to annoying. It may be my unit is defective, but honestly I hardly think so, like what defect would make it to be this loud anyway? I think its more a design issue.

I can barely hear my PS4; my 360's at least 10 times as loud and it's never bothered me that much.

If this is quiet, then yes, PS4 is quiet.

Also, this is hilarious. It sounds like your PS4 is about to take off into flight; it definitely shouldn't be doing that.

My unit is also a bit loud playing infamous SS I plan to remove the old thermal paste and reapply something better.

I have a problem too. I traded in my white ps4 and white gold headset for a black ps4 and black gold headset because I didn't like the color white and how it looked on my black TV stand with other black devices.
