No, I really think it is any time anyone says that the dog is cool. If we just say talking about dogs someone will die of alcohol poisoning. But if we keep it to "that dog is cool!" people will get smashed without serious harm.

Also, you have to drink two shots when the little kid title drops to the old woman on the street.
