Those constant delays are beginning to worry me. I don't think CDPR is perfectionist to the point of delaying the game 2, 3 times to deliver a perfect experience day one (considering their Witcher trilogy, every game had problems day one).

Either they changed their approach or the game's a mess.

Going "gold" simply means the game is content complete. No more quests, characters, etc. should be added at this point.

What this delay means...probably that performance on some versions (PS4, Xbox One, maybe?) is still far too shitty, so they're crunching to patch it on release day.
