The size shown is 4.4GB, but I'm guessing that's just the installer. My PSN account is US.

Installer is ~4.5GB

Full game is ~19GB

(Bloodborne is 36GB!)

Yeah, there's an additional 15 gigs. It's already done for me, it started a few hours ago in Europe. 29 hours left before it unlocks!
