And on top of that I've posted productively and genuinely in this thread. I can't see a single post from you that's even on topic.

Like I said, it's on the character and the cloths. It's hard to find a like for like situation in this video, but to be fair it's not as drastic a difference as before so maybe they do match now.

Her belt looked flat with one or two baked shadows on series x, seems there is more shadowing now. The angles never truly align in the DF video to make a judgment.

Hey Sony fan here. I feel i have been extremely cordial and receptive to all views even tho i lean Sony and by nature have a bias. Yep i acknowledge that and thank you. It was more of an example for some to understand how the thread devolved and that it wasnt all from one side. Like ithers have pointed out, all this has really dine is perpetuated the issue and i kinda wish i just didnt say anything at this point. Seems like the tools arrived.
This game was playing at higher DRS on PS5 and now after patches Series X catch up... pretty impressive.

Series S doesn't look good.

And Switch... well when I ready "peak at 540p" I stopped... I don't want to know the floor.

Series S is running a next gen title at launch before any of its more advanced features come into play fantastically. This is the lower end next experience and what was promised of Series S. Who cares if it isn't running locked 1440p. You think an Xbox One S and X can do better especially at 60fps? They cannot.

Take a good hard look at the Series S version of the game. It looks and runs amazing. That's the only thing that matters. It's for a different market, you are getting different performance levels. It's the Nintendo Switch next gen console as it were minus the mobility. Series S is delivering.

Did you not read the entire post?, the new evidence is I was comparing the Series X shadows to the mislabelled, and also Series X shadows.

Also, one of us has proof of a difference, so I'm not sure it's on me to prove there isn't to be fair. But you can pretend it's been resolved if it makes you feel better.

Personally, as this is supposed to be a technical head to head, and DF will be well aware of other video's highlighting this difference, you'd think they would approach the subject.

No it wasn't. It was supposed to be a nice system that would do well with exclusives but the series x was the multiplat machine and everything would be better by a large margin. That was the shift and the reason why people who favor x are on edge. No matter what fingers want to be pointed or accusations that want to be tossed around. It was a gargantuan gut punch to assume a dominant position only to be rendered equal or sometimes behind in multiplats by a better designed system that was supposed to be far less powerful.And the exclusives? They're still coming. Soon and plentiful....on PS5.

a 2080 averages 70 FPS at 1440p/Very High. PS5 and XsX average 1620p (can go lower, can go higher) at locked 60fps. Pretty nice

It is when the x is a 4k machine. This game the x is under 1440p so yes 720p is a bit low, but that could just be due to growing pains.
