Hiroyuki Kobayashi, Dino Crisis planner and Dino Crisis 2-3 producer, has confirmed that he’s involved in Exoprimal.

Kobayashi didn’t disclose the nature of his role on Exoprimal. He merely tweeted out a list of his projects so we’re not sure what capacity he’s working in. Nevertheless, there’s a small ray of hope that Exoprimal will scratch our Dino Crisis itch until we actually get a new game (never say never).




For the uninitiated, Exoprimal is a competitive co-op action video game.

Dino Crisis Producer Confirms Involvement in Exoprimal

Pretty sure this game is a prelude to what happens in new Dino crisis. Notice how Dino drop in via a time sphere similar to how it happened in DC 1+2 when the reactors fucked up.

Pretty sure this is the MP mode they developed along side and it’s just further along to where it now is its own game. This looks like it’s set in same universe. Possible this is the result from post DC 2 ending.

What if Regina and the likes caused these time rifts from going back to help Dillan?

Exoprimal producer Ichiro Kiyokawa and director Takuro Hiraoka reveal how the team came up with the concept and if the game relates to Dino Crisis.

Following up on Exoprimal's recent big showcase, producer Ichiro Kiyokawa and director Takuro Hiraoka set the record straight in terms of any possible connection to Dino Crisis. During a recent interviewer, the duo were directly asked about any potential connection, to which they replied that Exoprimal is "its own unique thing and has no relationship to Dino Crisis." Hiraoka went to to further elaborate that Exoprimal is a full-priced release, also putting to bed any questions as to whether or not its Capcom's attempt as a free-to-play live service style experience.
