I welcome all the redheads in the world. Bring them, bring more!
We haven't gotten any "combo" videos out of the MGR demo. I don't think it's that type of game.
I have been talking about this for quite some time now actually. So, ive learned that you can hold an E&I charge shot while using the Oasiris. It just requires that you charge E&I before you switch weapons, and little yoga of the fingers. It also removes your ability to use angel lift, naturally.
The combos that can be pulled off with it are absolutely bonkers, though. I was able to spin lift 2/3 enemies with the oasiris, proceed into the second spin, cancel it when about to get hit by another enemy on the ground, fire off the charge shot that I had on hold (which kept the enemies already in the air in the air) lift the one that the was nagging me into their little group, then finish with an Oasiris charge spin.
That was the most impressive thing I've been able to pull of yet, and I've played this demo waaaayyy too much.
Missed the Q&A, was at work. Will look at some of this stuff.http://www.capcom-unity.com/devil_m...ucer-greg-lewickyj-127-11am-pst?ts=1354906539
Q&A is about the end. It's been interesting, to say the least. Lots of cool factoids about the game.
In terms of progress since the time of finalizing the demo specifically - yes, the team was able to address several issue in the full game that hopefully provide an ever smoother gameplay experience.
@Rambi, We've definitely seen a lot of feedback on the Arbiter, though I think some of your feedback is also unique. I just want to encourage you to keep experimenting with the moves and their positioning properties before writing them off. The Osiris knock-back finisher has its applications, but there are times when you'll want to switch to another weapon to prevent it. Trinity Smash is powerful, especially on demo drones, but not a be-all-end-all. It's also quite exposing, and you'll notice that Arbiter natural blows all cause knockback on smaller enemies, which is sometimes disadvantageous.
At any rate, we're definitely recessing the feedback we've been getting and are investigating some potential rebalancing as a result, but we can't really make any concrete guarantees right now.
Sometimes a tattoo is just a tattoo and sometimes it is a spawn point for a sword of almost unimaginable power...
just started it and my God the framerate is awful, yep it's a Ninja Theory game alright...
??? on ps3?? on xbox...i have no problem
The demo was a lot of fun.
Anyone else hoping DmC will be replacing DMC?
Did you not enjoy the demo?
.Enjoying the demo != wanting DmC to replace DMC.

I guess I'd just rather have more DmC than DMC.

No way, DmC seems like an okay game from the demo but I don't think it's proven itself good enough to replace DMC at all.
No. Play DMC3 to find out why.The demo was a lot of fun.

Seems better to me.
I like that it has two dodge buttons. Will be useful during hectic times.

I have. It was okay, but I found Dante to be really annoying and unlikeable. Too much "whoo"ing for my tastes.

I actually find the second dodge button and the dedicated launcher button completely unnecessary.
Yeah I am playing the PS3 version, it's not like unplayable kind, just the annoying kind.
Been curious if there is a notable performance difference between the PS3 and 360 demos. I downloaded both but haven't tried either one.
ps3 suffer of 43% of tearing, 28 fps of average, 360, 30 fps & no tearing. I'm ready to stay away from ps3 version.

There's a lot of quality combo videos coming out.
Metal and GO (I dig the editing more the combos itself)
nisannka combo
I can't wait to see some with the full arsenal.
The demo was a lot of fun.

The two dodge buttons are waste of controller input.
Isn't it so you can do both dodge types without trying to use 2 trigger fingers?
Brilliant gif. So tempted to fire up DMC4 again.
