My take is what happens in Twilight Princess, it's the canon story of what happens to the Hero of Time after Majora's Mask. Right from Hyrule Historia directly.

I was wondering when your earlier post would touch on the skeletal swordsman on Twilight Princess, but it never did

The individual stories were actually the best part of the game. Story threads that you help push along from a beginning, middle, and end, whether good or tragic.

Yup. One of the best worlds in any game. The side characters really make the game something special other than just defeating ganon.
