I bought a kickass set for KOTL but I barely play him because he's boring and not great at all. I feel a bit stupid now
I didn't even put them in my predictions...
It made me wonder if they were ever that good or if it only seemed that way because of the lack of teams / tournaments / global knowledge and popularity of the game.
No matter what happens from now on, we'll always have TI3 grand-finals, so they gave us that at least.

Skill is relative not absolute. They've been among the best for a while, and they fell off around spring 2014 and haven't been able to bounce back since then.
Just because teams were less good back then doesn't take credit from what they did.
The meta shifts and all teams become better with time, some become better faster, some slower

Na'Vi was most definitely good at one point, they just stopped playing well together at some point after TI3 and before TI4. Before that point they still managed to win without practicing a lot but that completely fell apart.
I think the team got split between players that wanted to practice more and players that felt like it was unnecessary.

The Mad Max trailer really wasn't convincing but I guess I have to watch it anyway, can't ignore how positive literally everyone has been about it.
