Well, to be fair, you shouldn't judge the game's mechanics by its skins. League can be a pretty fun game if you've got the right team.

I would pay real $ for the bunny, buccaneer, and gumiho.

You're in luck, the Buccaneer is the default skin.

The big difference between League's skins and DOTA's items is League's skins stand out far more than any set of DOTA items.

I picked up a bunch of cheap legacy skins a year ago when Riot was about to discontinue them, and the Pink Taric Skin, along with like 2 of the free skins. I spent a grand total of $10 on Riot Points, and have spent more then $30 on tournament tickets alone.
