Actually I wouldn't mind a NES style DQ. I'd rather have that than another full 3D DQVIII style game anyway. Though something in the line with the remakes would be preferable.

I loved DQ7's use of time travel, but that was such a long game that it pretty well met my DQ/time travel needs for the next twenty years.
