I use gimp.

It would be interesting to do this in tables instead of an image editor. Just need to get each image to the right resolution.

Would allow the easy creation of a bingo card generator, and they could be made real with the power of screenshot.

If I get my text generator polished off, I may expand it to images. Pretty sure I can tweak the js appropriately.

Hah, a Smash Bros 4 trailer being shown off would knock out like five or six of those in a single thrust.

I use gimp

+1 on that. I thought it was supposed to be hard to use, so I always avoided it. It made my card ridiculously easy to toss together once I made the decision to dive into it last week.
