Ugh, 2am Sony again. Don't know if I'll stay up this year.
Predictions, predictions.
Red Dead remaster.
Finally announce the bioshock collection
Some sort of spiderman game for PS4.
Whole lot of rabbiting on about virtual reality.
Horizon shown, delayed.
Nothing about Shenmue 3, maybe Shenmue HD.
Announcement of the rise of the Tombraider for PS4 with release date and what not.
New god of war.
PS4 Neos priced and release date.
He talked about it a bunch already actually, and I have a feeling those games won't be looked at as traditional J-RPGs. I more wish he'd come back in general and do a list like last year, with half real stuff half teases.
Jeff on the new Bombcast said there is a possibility that E3 this year might be thin. This is based off judges week (which only lasted 2 days this year) last week. He also left it open that it could probably be that everyone is saving stuff for the press conferences.

Plus Judge's Week generally focuses on games that will be playable at E3 and releasing in the more short-term. They wouldn't be seeing any hypothetical surprises there.

I remember that EA had zero games at Judges week last year, wouldn't be surprised if it was the same this year. I can see companies wanting to see more of their unannounced stuff for their shows.

Microsoft will open up with a short speech about collaborations with companies to give better games and Phil will point to the side of the stage and Reggie from Nintendo will appear. They will give a sneak peak of the NX, which will be a Windows 10 based portable system with a docking station that will give it a boost in graphics for home use. The dock will be base around the XBOX One allowing cross platform games as the NX will use UWP for it's games. Then they will show a new Smash Bros with Samus and Master Chief battling it out. Jaws will drop in disbelief. Following this Phil will state that they have gotten into BC for the Original XBOX, Wii U and Dream Cast. Scale bound will be on both X1 and NX and will have the Fire Emblem characters as guest characters. Everyone in the audience won't be able to contain themselves

If MS is serious about leaving behind Xbox as a singular console and moving towards an ecosystem spread over devices and PC, I would not be surprised to hear multiplayer to leave the paywall.

Yeah, I imagine the show floor is going to be somewhat empty with Activision and EA both bouncing, but EA is just leaving to have their own event and there is no way that Activision won't show games like Destiny and COD in Sony's conference

I think it just shows that press conferences, hype and suprise are way more important than Awards.
Didnt Evolve win Game of the Show 2 years back? See how that helped it.
Usually Ubisoft would save the trailer for their conference. This probably means there's no marketing deal with Sony or MS for this title, and they're going to have a gameplay demo onstage at their conference.

That would actually be the "one-two" punch that'll make them competitive in the console space as well and garner a lot of good will. Having a more powerful (hopefully still affordable) system coming out next year, multiplayer going free, mix that with EA access being exclusive and, the more powerful Xbox being Rift compatible. That's a killer combination that could very well "convert" people.
However, they are making so much money off Gold subscriptions right now, they'd need some incentives to keep most of their current userbase to keep subscribed. Perhaps bolstering/improving the Game with Gold lineup and keeping the rest of the features exclusive to Gold would do the trick. It'd be funny if that happens though, it would be a role reversal, with PS+ this gen being more like Gold of last gen, and Gold of this gen being more like the PS+ of last gen.
Solidifying my guess that the WB Montreal Superman will be announced at E3. After going over all the evidence and speculation, plus the fact that Superman Day is June 12th, I'm going to place my bets on it showing up.
I think that at some point Namco will release details of the first bit of DLC for DS3, will release around autumn.
I don't particularly want it to happen, but I suspect there might be a Bloodborne 2 announcement, or something similar. It sold too well for Sony to let the IP rest, regardless of whether it needs a sequel or not. Although, there haven't been any real substantial rumours for it unlike DS3 and Bloodborne, so perhaps nothing will come of it.
Hoping for more Gravity Rush 2 details, as well as that post-apocalyptic biker gang game one of Sony's studios was supposed to be making and Let It Die, since the last trailer for that looked quite good actually.
Sony:
- Opens with a new Crash, but not by ND
- Numbers and "ps4 is the biggest PS ever" and all the PR stuff
- A new showing of the last guardian followed by "we need a bit more time to make this game meet your expectations" and then a early-mid 2017 date is revealed
- Ps4 Neo is introduced, features explained
- Video of devs talking about the Ps4 Neo saying the exact same things they said during the Ps4 reveal "now it has the hardware that allows us to forget about limitations and focus on making the best games possible, etc"
- New live demo of Horizon showing a new segment. Someone saying they need some more time, is revealed as early 2017. "Better with Neo"
- 1 new game announcement, hopefully by Sucker Punch. Looks cool "Better with Neo"
- Third party stuff: COD, new Destiny expantion, mabye something from Ubisoft.
- Square shows a new FFXV footage focusing on aspects of it that are better thanks to the neo. It kinda looks like the trailers except now it's realistic to expect the game will run like that
- PsVR segment, 1-2 new games, probably something racing related
- Show finished with the new God of War, cinematic intro that then turns into a brief gameplay demo. 2017, "better with Neo"
MS:
- Opens with Gears of War campaign gameplay
- Numbers and PR
- Sea of Thieves has a live demo. Announced an open beta for later this year
- New Forza (I guess of the horizon series)
- Crackdown has a lenghtier demo showcasing cloud based destruction
- Third party stuff: Titanfall 2 gets shown and will get DLC first on Xbox one
- Sclaebound
- 1-2 new game announcements
- Scorpio gets announced but they don't go into a lot of detail and they promise to share more info "soon"
Nintendo:
- Zelda. Looks kinda cool, focus on the open world and how you an go anyway. Show a new method of traversal and mabye a new gimmick gameplay mechanic

There will definitely be a Bloodborne 2, but I don't think we'll hear about it at this E3. Hopefully Sony will give the Soulsborne franchise a but of breathing space, ensure Bloodborne 2 feels distinct and release it in early 2018.

- I expect Shawn Layden to be wheeled out onto the Sony stage by Reggie and Phil in a glorious spectacle of shredded Nintendo E3 invites and pulsating MAUs both will then proceed to attach themselves to the auditorium roof to be used a human piñatas post conference. Announcing Vib Ribbon 2 with furious hand gestures, Shawn will begin dancing in a very sexually charged manner while Yu Suzuki claps and throws Shenmue 3 Kickstarter money at him. While this spectacle is occurring, Shenmue 1&2 HD will flash across the screen and the audience will cheer with an applause not seen since the Xbox One reveal.
- Next up will be Shuhei who opens the 1st party segment of the conference by crowdsurfing in a Crash Bandicoot costume. Escorted up to the stage by a bevy of lapdancers, he will proceed to tell the audience how happy it makes him to be able to finally announce the next chapter in the Crash Bandicoot franchise, exclusively for PS4 and developed by the ICO team in SCI Japan, who send a personalized message from Tokyo promising to have it ready in time for the 2024 Olympics. Audience is now salivating.
- Following this joyous announcement, Nate Fox of Sucker Punch will emerge from the shadows and deliver a very unhinged speech about how Spider-Man defined his life, which ends with him being dragged off the stage by security as the trailer begins. Title promises PS2-era webswinging, an open world Manhattan and an exclusive arrangement with Activision in which Sony has eternal rights to the games Bobby Kotick appears on videolink from his lair in Transylvania to tell the audience how much their money means to him and how he will endeavor to deliver more microtransactions in Destiny 2 videolink is interrupted mid conversation as murmurings of Sports, Sports, Sports can be heard. A Wii U can be seen flying across the room and Andrew Wilson just stands there grinning for 5 minutes straight.
- To mark the end of the 1st party presentation, Hideo Kojima takes to the stage and giddily announces his brand new title, Quiet Hills, developed exclusively for PS4. The screen cuts to a magnificent trailer featuring Melissa McBride sobbing for 2 minutes. Whilst this trailer is playing, screams can be heard from the audience as Kojima and Jim Sterling begin to waltz around the stage in shared hatred of Konami.
- Adam Boyes list for E3 2016 begins blaring across every screen in the room, and as he graces the stage hand in hand with Andrew House, No.1 appears Agent appears on the screen and once the trailer ends, a wrestling ring appears on the stage with Sam Houser and Leslie Benzies motionless. As they begin beating the shit out of eachother with unopened Playstation Vitas, Adam moves to No.2 Half Life 3. Gabe Newell walks out, saying absolutely nothing, and a trailer appears behind him. The audience at this stage are begging for water and being tended to by Nintendo reps screaming fuck Zelda. Gabe promises a speedy development, and states it will be released before 2030. No 3 begins flashing, and Mark Cerny begins to crawl frantically along the ceiling while announcing a supercharged Playstation Neo starting at $399 with God of Wars 4 available as a launch title, the trailer is 3 minutes of Kratos atop Mount Olympus murdering everyone in sight. The audience has 1st degree burns from the visuals.
- Andrew House take the stage to close tonights festivities he begins by stating that Playstation is the best place to play now, tomorrow, and forever. He unties Phil and Reggie from the ceiling and congratulates them both on being important players in the videogame industry. While both are blindsighted from the kind words, a vat of honey is emptied from the ceiling and massive amounts of African bees are released into the auditorium as House laughs manically. As the audience begins screaming in terror, a figure in a white dress can be seen on the stage surrounded by bees and attacking any Sony fans in sight survivors of the event are positive they heard the figure screaming Have you seen Titanfall

Big announcement: I don´t see Bethesda have a press conference and just have DLC stuff and gameplay from games we know. And announcing maybe Wolfenstein 2/Evil Within 2 won´t be enough I think.
Elder Scrolls VI announcement. Latest 2 entries; Oblivion was released in 2006 and Skyrim was released in 2011. 5 years apart. It´s time for a new one
An electronic voice clicks on over a loud speaker.
"SHIP WILL BE ENTERING SHADOW OF KEPLER-452B IN 1 MINUTE"
Intercut scenes of a crew on spaceship clicking on lights and powering up back up generators. Solar panels on outside of ship fold in on themselves as they slide into a hidden compartments dotting the outer hull.
Cut to black
Cue scenes of crew members being blown out of air locks. Others getting caught in closing doorways. Another laughing maniacally over the bloody body of another. A vision of a black star with a fiery red rim burning reflected in the eye of an unknown character.
Back to the present where we see picturesque window with a captain standing in front watching the last light of a star sets over an alien planet. We focus on the commanders face as the shadow of the planet creeps over it. From behind a voice asks with respect.
"Captain, what is you next command?"
Two options hover left and right of the captain's face.
DANGER! DANGER! Flashes across a cel shaded computer screen.
A 12 year old hand touches the screen and the DANGER! is replaced with a video feed of a pigtailed woman in a lab coat.
"Guys! Another outbreak has occurred in Sector D! I need you to check it out!"
Camera pulls back and shows a squad of kids watching the screen.
"We're on it Professor!" They shout in unison they turn around to run into action.
Cue each kid grabbing an assortment of tools from off the walls of the rooms. Slingshots, Hoolahoops, RC cars, and Nets. With gadgets in hand the kids step up to a platform.
"SPIKE! HIT IT!" the kids yell in unison.
The professors image is replaced with a smiling red haired man in mechanic overalls.
"You got it!" as he slams his fist down on a console in front of him.
The kids poof in a flash of light and are transported to the middle of a bustling semi futuristic city. People are running around in a panic as helmeted apes jump on cars, swing from lamp posts, and break into stores.
Spike's voice can be heard on an intercom.
"You know what to do!"
The kids break from their formation and run in opposite directions nets held high.
Fade into a Bloodborne Hunter seen on the Old Bridge about to face of against the Cleric beast, saw blade ready. The beast screams as the Hunter steps towards it. As he/she takes a few steps forward, a sound of clanking foot steps can be heard running up behind him/her. Just as the Hunter turns they are knocked down as a bony skeleton clad in armor rushing past running towards the beast. Then another figure runs by, a small boy with an electrified net, then another, a young man smoke surrounding him. Cutscene ends as the camera moves up to look down on the bridge similar to Power Stone-like view as four health bars pop up labeled Dan, Spike, Delsin, and Hunter and then one huge bar labeled Cleric Beast.
Cue 4 player 3D brawling as the Cleric Beast rushes across the bridge back and forth knocking players off the bridge as the characters chip blast away at the beast's health bar. The players beat down on the cleric beast with blasts of smoke, sword swings, gadgets, and molotovs.
Cue cutscene
Hunter moves in for the final swing and gets knocked down by one last swipe from the beast just before it explodes in light. As the hunter lies on the ground the camera pans up to, Spike, Dan and Delsin glaring down at him. Delsin cracks a smile as Spike starts giggling and Dan reaches down to offer a hand to the downed hunter. Just as the hunter reaches to grab Dan's bony hand cue title card.
Playstation Battle Royale 2!
Return to the bridge with a low camera on the ground we see Delsin, Hunter, Spike, and Dan walking off in the distance. Footsteps can be heard coming from behind the camera. Then a familiar pair of sneakers steps onto the bridge.
Trailer begins with a set of dune buggies, motorcycles, and trucks racing through a forest somewhere in north america. The group is racing in a river kicking up water, knocking each other left and right, as fir trees fly by. They approach the end of the river pushing through the boulders and small rapids. Suddenly all the cars come to a screeching halt, smashing and sliding into each other at the edge of a waterfall.
Their motors sit in idle as a new sound can be heard in the distance.
The roar of a jet engine.
Camera pans up behind the wall of autos and you can see what looks like 2 or three motorcyles coming up the rear very fast. Just as the motorcycles look like they are about to hit the stopped cars, they jump over the pile revealing themselves to be prototype Jet Moto bikes. They go flying down the waterfall splashing into the water below.
Camera moves into a gameplay race between the 3 motos, ducking and diving between trees and river banks, busting through abandoned homes, and ripping by spectating fishing boats. The stopped cars from the waterfall are soon seen racing along the banks of the river. Race accumulates in a huge finish with all of the cars, trucks, and jet motos squeezing past a narrow finish line.
