Basically, the main finding was that users are allowed to sell on their (used) software licences and there is no differentaiation between DVD/"hard copies" and digital downloads. Furthermore, buyers of these used licences are also entitled to the updated version of the program.
Could this have some interesting consequences for steam and other such services within the EU?
