Based on what very little we know about the game, I have no idea either. It's hard for me to wrap my head around how people can extrapolate so much from like, 1 trailer with little gameplay footage and one CG trailer with a Shimomura piece. I'm not entirely sure where everyone is getting these ideas of invoking the Final Fantasy name outside of the already present in every game "Light vs Dark"; it's just that this game is literal with with concept in character name.
Also, the previous footage of the battle system looked rather bland and uninspired, like a really slow Kingdom Hearts that moved at the pace of the opening battles of FFXII. The only real thing to be excited from on that trailer honestly was the environmental work, which looked like it had a lot of variation, and the IQ, which was very clean. The character design also looks neat because it's relatively modern day, and suits look classy.
Outside of that, we know near nothing about any of the characters outside of their generic cereal box descriptions (I mean seriously, so can sum them up with back-of-the-box quotes with all the information we know), and it's really funny to see people make up character stories or have whole ideas about characters based on 1 paragraph's worth of tidbits.
Given all the information we have now, the game could end up being the worst game ever created for all we know, but people seem to blindly believe that it will be the game to end all games, based on relatively baseless assumption. I personally am going to stay skeptical about the game until the floodgates actually open on information, and because it's a game with so many unknowns, I have honestly zero expectations for this game because it's a clean slate.
